Role Description The Manager supports Payer Access & Reimbursement activities as a member of a cross-functional team, oriented to Medical Affairs (MA) activities related to medical access, evidence generation, value proposition creation, and coverage in policy, all of which impact the reimbursement of Quest’s portfolio of tests. This individual proactively brings expertise in the reimbursement of laboratory medicine to build and execute key strategic initiatives and decision points. - Supports the coordination of internal strategic and procedural activities related to enhancing third-party coverage and reimbursement of Quest products with emphasis on oncology and genetics testing. - Must possess medical knowledge with strong analytic, problem-solving, decision-making and presentation capabilities to facilitate the coverage and reimbursement process as it relates to stakeholders’ interests, while mitigating risk for the organization. This is a Remote opportunity. Pay Range: $110,000 - $140,000/ year, 10% Annual Incentive Plan/Bonus Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
