• Set the marketing strategy — and then roll up your sleeves and help execute it alongside your team. • Lead, coach, and elevate two specialists: pushing the Digital & Growth Specialist to sharpen campaign performance, and guiding the Research Specialist to turn competitive intelligence into decisive action. • Own go-to-market planning and execution for product launches — collaborating across Sales, Product, and Customer Experience to bring new capabilities to market with impact. • Build and optimize a full-funnel demand generation engine — from awareness through to qualified pipeline — that supports a sales-led buying motion. • Own BrightOrder's brand voice and ensure it lands consistently across web, email, LinkedIn, sales collateral, and events. • Synthesize competitive intelligence, GA4 data, and CRM insights to make fast, informed decisions and course-correct without hesitation.

• Lead, mentor, and coach the software engineering team to achieve high performance and professional growth. • Own delivery planning, sprint execution, and release management, ensuring timely and high-quality software releases. • Collaborate with Product and stakeholders to define the roadmap and translate requirements into actionable plans. • Drive architecture decisions, enforce code quality standards, and champion engineering best practices. • Oversee production reliability, incident response, and continuous improvement of operational processes. • Contribute hands-on to backend and frontend codebases, with a focus on AWS architecture and integrations.

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications, backend services, APIs, and internal tools. • Write clean, maintainable code using Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Go (Golang). • Build and enhance frontend or internal tooling using React.js or similar frameworks. • Develop RESTful APIs, integrations, and service-to-service communication. • Build automation scripts and internal tools to improve deployments, monitoring, and troubleshooting. • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable releases. • Configure and manage AWS services, including ECS, EKS, Lambda, EC2, RDS, S3, and CloudWatch. • Optimize and maintain databases, including PostgreSQL and Amazon Aurora. • Use RabbitMQ or similar tools for inter-service communication. • Containerize and deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes/EKS. • Use infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation. • Build and maintain monitoring, logging, alerts, dashboards, and observability practices using tools such as New Relic, OpenTelemetry, CloudWatch, Prometheus, or Grafana to improve system reliability, performance visibility, and troubleshooting. • Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and development teams to deliver secure, scalable releases. • Use tools such as Jira Service Management/Jira Service Desk to support issue tracking, escalation workflows, production support, and cross-functional communication with QA, Customer Support, and Development teams. • Support production troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and system reliability improvements. • Use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub, Copilot, or similar platforms to support development, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting.

Qualifications - 5+ years professional mobile development experience. - 3+ years building cross-platform apps in React Native (TypeScript). - Strong JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals and React hooks knowledge. - Experience integrating RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs. - Hands-on Firebase experience (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Analytics). - Familiar with mobile build pipelines (Xcode, Gradle, Fastlane). - Experience publishing apps to App Store and Google Play. - Skilled with state management (Redux, Zustand, Recoil). - Working knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and agile delivery. - Strong written + verbal communication in a remote-first team. We’re building the future of AI-assisted fleet management - and scaling across Canada. The Role We’re hiring a full-cycle, outbound-focused Account Executive to win new mid-market fleet operators and expand accounts across Canada. This is not an order-taking role. You will build a pipeline, run structured discovery, deliver high-impact demos, close deals, and grow accounts. Cold calling and proactive prospecting are part of the job, pipeline discipline is expected. You will work closely with leadership and collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience. What You’ll Do - Prospect consistently (phone, LinkedIn, email, partnerships) - Run consultative discovery around fleet operations, compliance, and ROI - Demo EMDECS and telematics as integrated solutions - Close new mid-market business - Expand accounts strategically over time - Maintain strong CRM discipline (HubSpot preferred)
