About the Role At Rula, we’re on a mission to make mental health care more accessible by streamlining the path for Providers to begin seeing patients as quickly and efficiently as possible. As a Credentialing & Enrollment Associate, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and scaling the systems that support our rapid growth. In this role, you will contribute directly to improving the Provider experience by ensuring timely and accurate credentialing and enrollment. Whether you’re scoping enrollment requirements for new payer implementations, submitting applications, or guiding Providers through each step of the process, your work will have a meaningful, tangible impact. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support new payer launches and share operational insights. Additionally, you’ll help educate and support our credentialing and enrollment associates as new processes and payers are introduced. Required Qualifications - 2+ years of experience within the healthcare setting, working with or for health insurance plans, networks or credentials verification organizations - Experience working collaboratively across teams cross-functionally (Account Delivery or Provider Success) - Experience developing, documenting, and optimizing new processes into easy to understand documentation - Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets) and CRM / ticketing platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk), with a demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to and learn new software (e.g., Airtable, Certify) - While we are a fully remote company, we are not considering candidates who reside in California or Washington for this particular position Preferred Qualifications While having the preferred qualifications enhances your candidacy, having all of them is not mandatory.
