Role Description A leading logistics and international shipping company dedicated to helping Mexican families in the U.S. send packages to Mexico has innovative acquisition funnel leverages digital advertising, WhatsApp, and a robust CRM system to connect families with our dedicated sales team, ensuring a seamless and personalized shipping experience. As the Head of Acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our customer base by leading and optimizing our paid acquisition strategy across multiple digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with our content creator, sales manager, and sales team to ensure that our marketing efforts translate into high-quality leads and successful customer conversions. Your expertise will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our acquisition funnel, shaping the way we engage with our audience and grow our business. - Lead the paid acquisition strategy across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads, including campaign architecture, targeting, budget allocation, and ongoing optimization. - Manage and continuously optimize campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google to ensure efficient spend and consistent lead generation. - Develop and implement weekly creative testing plans with the content creator, focusing on hooks, angles, offers, and messaging to drive qualified leads into the WhatsApp funnel. - Analyze lead quality, cost per lead (CPL), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and downstream conversion data in partnership with the sales manager to ensure campaigns generate customers. - Build acquisition reports and performance dashboards to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making. - Proactively launch new campaigns, test new content angles, and implement funnel improvements to maximize performance. - Serve as the bridge between the content creator and sales manager, aligning marketing initiatives with sales outcomes and CRM pipeline health. - Utilize performance data to maintain a disciplined test-and-learn acquisition system, driving continuous improvement across all channels. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid acquisition, or growth marketing. - Proven track record managing at least $10,000 per month in paid media spend. - Demonstrated success running lead-generation campaigns focused on driving qualified leads. - Hands-on experience managing and optimizing campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. - Experience collaborating with creative/content producers to execute ongoing ad creative testing. - Experience with WhatsApp-based funnels or conversational sales pipelines. - Experience running a structured test-and-learn process for paid acquisition, including creative testing and iterative optimization. - Experience partnering with sales leadership or teams to evaluate lead quality and downstream conversion metrics (CPL, CAC, pipeline conversion). - Available to work during U.S. business hours. Preferred Qualifications - Experience using a CRM to manage and track leads through a sales pipeline (e.g., GoHighLevel or similar). - Experience marketing to Hispanic audiences in the U.S. - Spanish fluency.
