Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity

• Provide leadership to ensure the alignment of all recruitment activities to support Alpha Chi Omega’s mission, values and vision • Serve as a leader and advisor, providing for the development and implementation of a continuous open bidding (COB) recruitment strategy that meets the needs of the Fraternity

• Provides leadership to ensure the alignment of all recruitment activities to support Alpha Chi Omega’s mission, values and vision • Serves as a leader and advisor providing for the development and implementation of a recruitment rebuild strategy that meets the needs of the Fraternity

• Supports the mission, values and vision of Alpha Chi Omega Fraternity and the National Housing Corporation (NHC) • Fosters a high-quality membership experience by ensuring assigned NHC facilities are well maintained, competitive and safe • Provides critical oversight of the day-to-day management, programming and operations of assigned NHC facilities • Maintains productive and appropriate relationships with facility staff and vendors, chapter leadership and host institution contacts • Provides support in the oversight and strategy for local house corporation (LHC) programming and communication and NHC marketing efforts

• Responsible for managing and executing the Foundation’s communications strategy • Writing and maintaining the communications calendar • Developing email appeals, social media content, donor stewardship messages, blogs and articles for publications such as The Lyre magazine • Serving as a strong storyteller and collaborator • Contributing to fundraising and cultivation strategies for key giving initiatives • Supporting housing fundraising services • Producing housing-related newsletters and Enterprise communications • Elevating the Foundation’s voice and advancing annual and strategic fundraising goals

• Oversees the chapter consultant program including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and continued training and supervision of the traveling chapter consultants • Ensure the alignment of all chapter operations to support Alpha Chi Omega’s mission, values and vision

• Provides leadership to ensure the alignment of all risk management policies and programs to support Alpha Chi Omega’s mission, values and vision • Focuses on proactive education for members, volunteers and staff

• Supports the mission, vision and values of Alpha Chi Omega Fraternity and the National Housing Corporation (NHC). • Fosters a high-quality membership experience by ensuring assigned NHC facilities are well maintained, competitive and safe. • Provides critical oversight of the day-to-day management, programming and operations of assigned NHC facilities. • Maintains productive and appropriate relationships with facility staff and vendors, chapter leadership and host institution contacts.
