Recruitment Specialist
Remote Recruitment
• Build and manage your own recruitment desk within an international niche market. • Proactively develop new business through outbound sales, networking, and strategic market engagement. • Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle — from client acquisition to candidate placement and aftercare. • Develop long-term, consultative relationships with clients and candidates. • Work closely with internal marketing, operations, data, and finance teams to enhance business success. • Leverage industry-leading technology to streamline admin tasks and focus on revenue-generating activity. • Continuously meet and exceed activity, revenue, and placement KPIs. • Stay up to date with trends in the ERP, HRIS, and Healthcare systems markets.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in 360 recruitment or B2B sales with a strong business development component.
- Proven ability to generate new business and manage client relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven with a hunger for success.
- Must have access to a laptop and reliable, high-speed internet.
- A quiet, professional home-working environment.
- Ability to work UK business hours.
