Role Description Estamos buscando um(a) Executivo(a) de Vendas para atuar na vertical de Saúde, com foco na execução da estratégia comercial, desenvolvimento de contas e conversão de oportunidades em um ambiente de crescimento e construção de mercado. A posição terá papel-chave na expansão da carteira, atuando com soluções de dados, analytics e inteligência aplicadas ao setor de saúde. Missão da posição: - Executar a estratégia comercial da vertical de saúde, acelerando o crescimento da carteira por meio da conversão de oportunidades, desenvolvimento de contas e relacionamento com stakeholders relevantes do setor. Principais responsabilidades: - Identificar e prospectar clientes no segmento de saúde; - Apresentar soluções da Serasa Experian com foco em crédito, prevenção à fraude, enriquecimento de dados e inteligência analítica; - Conduzir reuniões comerciais, elaborar propostas e negociar contratos; - Trabalhar em parceria com áreas internas (produto, marketing, jurídico, etc.) para garantir entregas de valor; - Acompanhar indicadores de performance e metas comerciais; - Mapear oportunidades de crescimento e tendências do setor. Qualifications - Experiência comprovada em vendas B2B, preferencialmente no setor de saúde; - Conhecimento sobre o ecossistema de saúde suplementar, hospitais, clínicas ou operadoras; - Habilidade em negociação consultiva e construção de relacionamento com decisores; - Perfil analítico, orientado a resultados e com boa comunicação; - Ensino superior completo (Administração, Marketing, Saúde, ou áreas correlatas); - Desejável inglês intermediário. Requirements - Experiência com soluções de dados, analytics, crédito ou tecnologia; - Atuação prévia no setor de saúde (operadoras, hospitais, indústria); - Histórico de expansão de contas ou crescimento de carteira; - Experiência com vendas de soluções complexas ou customizadas.
