Associate Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Recruiting Operations

ADG (Aquatic Development Group)

• Own the day-to-day administration of the recruitment process, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency across all hiring activities. • Ensure complete and accurate processing of Request-to-Hire (RTH) submissions, proactively following up with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to resolve missing or incomplete information. • Manage the recruiting inbox by reviewing, categorizing, and responding to incoming inquiries, requests, and submissions from hiring managers and internal stakeholders. • Support job posting activity by posting roles as needed and reviewing postings submitted by business units for accuracy and consistency. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and requisition data within the ATS (Paylocity), ensuring data integrity and compliance. • Provide regular and ad hoc updates on hiring activity, including open roles, pipeline status, and hiring progress. • Support full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles while partnering with the Talent Acquisition Manager and hiring managers.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition coordination, or HR support roles
  • Experience supporting recruitment processes, including job postings, scheduling, candidate communication, and ATS updates
  • Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, documentation, and reporting
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
