Title: GTM Systems Administrator Date: 12/1/2025 Function Engineering Reports to: Senior Manager, GTM Systems Position Summary: The GTM Systems Administrator plays a critical role in enabling high-performing Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams by ensuring the reliability, usability, and scalability of our GTM technology ecosystem. Reporting to the Senior Manager, GTM Systems, this role is responsible for strengthening our core CRM foundation, improving process efficiency across the revenue funnel, and supporting data-driven decision-making through well-designed system architecture. This position combines technical administration, problem solving, and cross-functional partnership to help the business operate with clarity, consistency, and speed. Key Responsibilities: Administer Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, and Gong, overseeing configuration, automation, data structures, security, and cross-functional workflows. Support GTM processes using strong working knowledge of Marketo, ChurnZero , Clay, DocuSign , NetSuite, and SPIFF, ensuring aligned workflows and accurate data flows across systems. Manage intake and prioritization of internal requests (via Zendesk), gathering requirements, translating business needs, and partnering with About the company: Boards set the standard for what organizations can achieve.
