A&M Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced System Architect (SA) to design and implement a custom, web-based solution that exposes System Architecture (SA) artifacts, models, and reports to the broader business community. This role is hands-on and technical , focused on solution design and implementation rather than architecture modeling alone. The ideal candidate is a strong technologist who understands architecture concepts and artifacts, and can translate them into a usable, scalable, and secure web platform . This is not a SharePoint-based solution . Key Responsibilities Design and implement a web-based architecture enablement platform that makes SA artifacts, models, and reports easily accessible to business and technical stakeholders Integrate the solution with existing System Architecture (SA) tools, repositories, and data sources Develop backend services, APIs, and data models to support architecture content ingestion, transformation, and presentation Design intuitive front-end interfaces and dashboards tailored for non-technical business users Ensure the solution supports search, filtering, reporting, and visualization of SA artifacts Collaborate with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure alignment

• Plan, schedule, and execute enterprise-wide patch management cycles using WSUS, SCCM, or similar enterprise patching tools across Windows Server environments • Develop and maintain comprehensive patch management policies, procedures, and schedules to minimize security vulnerabilities and ensure compliance • Coordinate monthly and quarterly patching windows, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations while maintaining security posture • Test patches in non-production environments before deploying to production systems to prevent system disruptions and compatibility issues • Monitor patch deployment status continuously, identifying failed deployments, and taking immediate corrective actions • Integrate patching workflows with PowerShell and Group Policy for automated, orchestrated updates across Windows environments • Troubleshoot failed patch deployments and develop comprehensive remediation strategies • Maintain and update system baselines and gold images with current patches • Design, implement, and maintain enterprise Windows Server systems (2016/2019/2022) • Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, and domain services in an enterprise environment • Perform system installations, configurations, upgrades, and maintenance across all Windows platforms • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal uptime and availability • Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies across Windows environments • Maintain system documentation including patch histories, configuration changes, and system inventories • Design, develop, and maintain PowerShell scripts and modules for system provisioning, configuration, patch deployment, and orchestration • Implement Desired State Configuration (DSC) for automated configuration management and patch automation • Create and maintain system documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures • Optimize and troubleshoot existing automation workflows for improved efficiency and reliability • Implement and maintain security hardening standards across Windows Server systems using Group Policy and PowerShell DSC • Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments • Ensure timely deployment of security patches within defined SLAs to minimize vulnerabilities • Coordinate with security and compliance teams for audit preparation and remediation activities • Continuously monitor patch deployment status across all systems • Generate and distribute regular patch compliance reports to leadership and stakeholders

• Collaborate with internal service teams to resolve infrastructure issues • Perform hardware validation and interact with Compute, Networking, and Storage teams • Contribute to the maintenance of a large, globally distributed VMWare vSphere and Proxmox infrastructure • Support and sustain storage solutions based on NFS, iSCSI, and ZFS • Troubleshoot and repair hardware defects on x86 and IBM Power servers and components (CPU, RAM, RAID controllers, storage devices, network interfaces, power supplies, etc.) • Help administer and maintain the health of Skytap’s global infrastructure, including responding to alerts and recovering from service-impacting incidents • Work with the Infrastructure Networking team to configure and troubleshoot WAN/LAN connectivity, routers, switches, and security, and open provider tickets as needed • Follow standard workflows to respond to alerts for services operated in public cloud environments • Track provider outages and communicate timely updates to internal stakeholders • Escalate and communicate non-standard issues to the appropriate internal engineering teams, including on-call escalation
