The Associate Program Manager is responsible for the daily operational effectiveness of a dedicated team within the copay support division. Primary Responsibilities: - Oversee the performance of the various "clusters" within the call center. - Work closely with the Program Director and the Management Team to meet departmental goals and performance. - Plan, review and optimize workflows within the call center. - Ensure employee training and quality of work is always above expectations. - Oversee accurate completion of data entry, benefits, funding, and other related daily tasks to ensure compliance with SOP's and SLA's. - Ensure the KPI's are aligned with daily activities and tasks. - Schedule and delegate workload amongst team members, as needed to accommodate vacation and illness. - Manage your team member's workloads to effectively manage cost and reduce overtime. - Audit and verify team members work to ensure information accuracy. - Work cross-functionally with QA and Trainers for optimal training, onboarding, and continuous development of staff. - Answer staff and customer questions and recommend corrective services to address customer complaints. - Provide product/service information by answering questions, aiding customers, providers, and fellow employees. - Work with call center leadership to identify improvements and provide plan of action on improvements. - Complete all employee documentation in a timely manner, including annual performance appraisals. Title: Program Coordinator - Ohio Education Job Description: Position Overview Program Coordinator - Education Remote with Travel. Location: Must reside in Ohio, with a preference for Columbus area $44,000 annually As part of the Foster Success team, the Education Coordinator advances the organization's mission by ensuring students are heard, supported, and empowered through access to educational programs and resources. This position will advance the organization's mission by ensuring teens and young adults who have experienced foster care have access to the Education and Training Voucher (ETV) information, funding, and educational success coaching in Ohio. The Education Coordinator will provide direct support to students who have experienced foster care in Ohio. This individual will support ETV recipients attending postsecondary institutions in Central and Northeast Ohio as well as those attending postsecondary institutions located out of state. The Education Coordinator will work closely with the Assistant Director of Program Delivery to deliver the ETV/college success coaching and act as a resource for students. The Education Coordinator reports to the Assistant Director of Program Delivery. This position requires a connection with and travel to Central and Northeastern Ohio. While not required, individuals who reside in the Columbus area will be given preference. Primary Responsibilities - 60% Program Management/Student Assistance - Work collaboratively with the Assistant Director of Program Delivery to support and coach Ohio ETV students. Work one-on-one with ETV students to ensure they meet student identified goals and objectives in a personalized education success plan. Provide supportive services leading to academic persistence and completion to students.
