• This position is responsible for managing a Customer Service team who supports key customers and strategic business initiatives in the Retail Stock Business Unit. • Collaborate with cross functional teams to achieve at least a 90% clean order rate and performance that meets the stated lead time for Warranty Parts. • Provide direct supervision for team members; develop each associate’s skills according to goals and knowledge level. • Hire and train new employees on new products, product changes, procedural changes, skills and techniques. • Conduct employee performance reviews, provide regular and timely assessment and coaching, and implement corrective action when necessary. • Develop action-planning strategies outlining upcoming steps for improvements. • Monitor workload management and team metric goals, effectively report findings and manage team performance. • Assist Customer Service in resolution of situations regarding customer’s orders or deliveries, answer product questions, and manage plant/manufacturing issues. • Secure new account information from the Sales Leaders, analyze the information, develop customer specific procedures and ensure the team executes according to customer requirements. • Maintain and update internal documentation. • Advance team relationships with all MBCI functions. • Work with IT to resolve and improve recognized system faults and needed enhancements. • Recognize and implement process improvements to enhance Customer Services operations. • On a daily basis, analyze, interpret and respond to report data relative to business needs and make timely operational decisions. • Oversee root cause analysis and appropriate interventions or corrective action to prevent recurring customer concerns. • Assume responsibilities to oversee special projects as assigned. • Self-development/continuous education – Work with Manager to develop a training plan to advance interpersonal/management skills. • Act as backup to Manager – Customer Services as directed.
• Responsible for order approval, collections and/or cash application for assigned MasterBrand customers. • Include collection calls, responding to emails, reviewing and approving orders, problem-solving issues, cash reconciliations, and providing statements and invoices as requested. • Main contact for credit and collection information to the assigned customer and provide support to the sales team by answering questions and trouble-shooting credit related issues. • Build cross-functional partnerships between credit, cash application, customer service, and the sales team to best respond to the customer’s needs. • Demonstrate an ability to oversee a portfolio of AR accounts valued at $500K or more. • Service the customer by fielding telephone calls/emails and providing information on the status of their account, resolution of problem situations, and invoice inquiries. • Contribute insight and recommendations into investigation, decisions to resolve customer concerns. • Provide customer with copies of invoices/statements. • Partner with scheduling, manufacturing, cash applications, EDI and master data to assist customers. • Assist team members through collaboration, positivity, and openness to new ideas.
• Owns full P&L including revenue, margin, mix, bookings, shipments and share growth for the assigned dealer region • Drives and execute annual operating plans, forecasts, and performance cadence • Ensure disciplined execution of pricing, incentive programs, and growth initiatives • Drives new account and brand growth while mitigating churn within existing dealer relationships • Lead, coach, and hold accountable dealer sales agencies and Regional Sales Managers • Translate enterprise strategy into actionable regional priorities for the dealer channel • Lead and develop a team of Regional Sales Managers, fostering a high performance, accountable sales culture • Ensure alignment between sales commitments and operational execution
• Manage and execute month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close activities, including preparation of journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations • Ensure accurate and timely financial results in compliance with US GAAP and Masterbrand accounting policies, Code of Conduct, and other applicable guidelines • Perform detailed balance sheet and income statement variance analysis; investigate and explain fluctuations • Prepare and review documentation in support of external reporting requirements, as needed • Support SOX 404 compliance by documenting processes, executing controls, and addressing audit findings • Partner with Internal Audit and external auditors to support walkthroughs, PBC requests, and audit inquiries • Serve as a subject‑matter resource for complex or non‑routine accounting matters • Serve as a backup for key functions within Central Accounting • Consistently demonstrate the Masterbrand Way, positioning the company for growth and helping identify opportunities to improve close efficiency, accuracy, and internal controls • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Commercial, Operations) on accounting impacts • Support system enhancements, ERP upgrades, or process automation initiatives
• Lead the design and deployment of the enterprise AI strategy, prioritizing GenAI, LLM integration, and "Agentic" workflows that automate complex business processes. • Establish the framework for ethical AI, including bias mitigation, data privacy, and security protocols in partnership with Legal and Risk teams. • Develop a "Value Realization" framework to move AI use cases from Proof of Concept (PoC) to full-scale production with measurable ROI. • Lead the rollout of "AI Copilots" and natural-language querying tools, enabling non-technical users to interact with data conversationally. • Direct the data science team in building ML models for demand forecasting, supply chain optimization, and churn prediction. • Ensure all models are monitored for "drift" and maintained for long-term accuracy and reliability. • Serve as the "Single Source of Truth" gatekeeper, ensuring consistent KPI definitions across global business units. • Transition the organization from "request-and-build" static reports to dynamic, self-service environments using Power BI/Qlik. • Oversee the architecture and cost-optimization of the Snowflake Data Cloud. • Direct the use of dbt, Talend, and orchestration tools to ensure data is "AI-ready" (clean, labeled, and accessible). • Act as a primary evangelist for data literacy, helping the organization overcome resistance to AI adoption. • Coach a multidisciplinary team of Data Engineers, BI Developers, and Data Scientists, fostering a culture of rapid experimentation.

• Champion the MasterBrand Way Continuous Improvement strategy and provide hands-on support and all necessary training during implementation • Lead effort to implement best practices across plants and/or divisions, ensuring adherence to the principles of lean manufacturing • Assist and mentor plant management and Continuous Improvement teams with planning and facilitation of strategic plans, kaizen workshops, and other lean activities • Establish sustainment mechanisms (leader standard work, audits, metrics) that verify adoption at 60/90/180 days • Enable and lead initiatives that contribute to the Semi-Custom business savings target, with finance-validated and sustained results • Champion safety through demonstrated commitment, site specific safety plans and targeted MasterBrand initiatives • Build a prioritized improvement portfolio using VSM, kaizen funnels, and A3s tied to SQDC metrics that enhance MasterBrand’s manufacturing platform • Improve Semi-Custom business maturity to identified target, focusing on Daily Management, 6S, Standard Work and other tools • Work with organizational leaders to build Kaizen funnel and opportunities for improvement; transition facilitation ownership to plant teams through co-facilitation and readiness verification • Develop a “train-the-trainer” model that reduces reliance on central CI resources
• Supports the execution of manufacturing automation projects to advance the companies capabilities in manufacturing execution, operational control, data collection, and reporting, • Develops opportunities to exploit emerging manufacturing and operational technologies including, but not limited to, SCADA, IoT, and Robotics. • Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with the software applications that make up the MasterBrand Manufacturing Automation toolset and use that toolset to solve manufacturing problems. • Provide production support for the software applications that make up the Manufacturing Automation toolset • Act as a liaison between manufacturing operations, continuous improvement teams, and Digital & Technology • Work with manufacturing operations partners to determine root cause analysis and to solve business problems using technology. • The expectation is that the position regularly spends time on a shop floor. • Participates in testing activities to ensure that the solution meets the business requirements and that new functionality does not adversely affect existing functionality and manufacturing processes. • Supports the continuous improvement of the Digital Manufacturing toolset, including plant floor applications and machine controls. • Continuously challenge past practices by actively exploring and implementing new solutions and methodologies to improve the quality and time to market. • Train users to operate new or modified software applications. • Extremely proficient at written documentation, especially for requirements, design, implementation, and operational procedure documentation. • In written and presentation forms, should be able to clearly and effectively outlines issues, opportunities, and options.
