• Collaborate with functional, technical, and governance teams to optimize SAP Solution Manager and SAP Cloud ALM functionality. • Utilize deep product knowledge to identify and communicate how IT solutions enhance operational efficiency. • Lead SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) and SAP Cloud ALM initiatives, including developing and executing a strategic roadmap, driving new functionalities, and managing upgrades. • Partner with governance, functional, and technical teams to improve and execute SolMan offerings effectively. • Act as the product owner for Solution Manager and SAP Cloud ALM managing sprints, backlogs, and product priorities. • Serve as the subject matter expert for operational execution, troubleshooting, and support, including leading and participating in projects, minor/major releases, and reviewing system-related tickets for accuracy and priority. • Analyze, design, customize, and manage SAP Solution Manager and SAP Cloud ALM implementations, covering both technical usage and solution implementation.

• Lead global workshops to gather manufacturing requirements, map business processes, and author detailed functional specifications for SAP ME and MII. • Configure and design SAP ME processes tailored to A&D operations, including complex routings, operation activities, shop floor orders, data collections, and non-conformance management. • Evaluate the existing global SAP MII implementation to identify optimization opportunities, manage change impact for upgrades, and seamlessly integrate new SAP ME functionality. • Define the functional data flow and mapping between SAP ERP modules (PP, QM, MM, PM) and shop-floor solutions via SAP MII. • Ensure all functional process designs adhere strictly to defense sector mandates, including ITAR tracking, EAR, AS9100 quality standards, and product serialization traceability. • Own the creation of end-to-end testing scenarios (UAT/SIT), coordinate validation testing, and lead change management and training initiatives for plant personnel.

• Support defining the enterprise strategy and roadmap around SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP Datasphere and SAP Business Data Cloud • Conduct training sessions and manage the BI community to enable business users to engage in a Self-Service BI journey • Experience with SAP BW/4HANA and S/4HANA analytics • Take responsibility for the entire development process – from requirements gathering, design, and implementation to stable productive operation of the developed solutions. • Monitor and manage external implementation service providers
