• Maintain and manage a portfolio of customers • Build and foster strong client relationships • Provide design and architectural guidance applying best practices • Regularly touch base with clients throughout the contract life cycle • Conduct one-on-one training sessions and provide coaching • Provide technical configuration for the customer including data modeling and template design • Work with clients on strategic planning and roadmap for expanded use of Vena • Partner with Customer Success team to nurture customer advocacy

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of software implementation, consulting or finance/accounting experience
