VIP Travel Consultant – Tourism

• Provide personalized service to executives, directors and strategic clients, ensuring excellence, discretion and agility; • Identify clients' profiles, preferences and specific needs, proposing solutions aligned with expected standards; • Provide consultative support on destinations, fares, rules, documentation, policies and special services; • Build and maintain close, ongoing relationships with VIP clients to strengthen trust and loyalty; • Prepare itineraries, cost estimates and customized travel solutions for domestic and international trips; • Make reservations for flights, accommodation, transfers, rentals, insurance and ancillary services; • Coordinate special requests, emergency changes and specific needs of executives and companions; • Ensure travel arrangements comply with corporate policies and individual client preferences; • Negotiate commercial terms, special rates and exclusive services with suppliers and partners; • Close sales and follow the entire commercial cycle through to the completion of the trip; • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for premium products and experiences; • Actively follow up on proposals and monitor conversion and satisfaction indicators; • Issue tickets, vouchers and reservations in GDS systems, tour operators and specialized suppliers; • Process requests for rebooking, cancellation, refunds and operational contingencies; • Ensure information is updated and recorded in the CRM and corporate systems; • Manage travel-related documentation, payments and administrative outstanding items; • Support clients during and after travel, ensuring rapid resolution of requests and an excellent experience; • Proactively act to mitigate operational problems and impacts on the client; • Collect feedback and propose improvements to VIP service processes; • Identify opportunities for loyalty, repeat purchases and expansion of the commercial relationship; • Stay up to date on premium travel trends, destinations, suppliers and exclusive services; • Participate in trainings, events and certifications provided by tour operators and strategic partners; • Monitor market practices and opportunities that add value to the VIP client experience.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma;
  • Experience serving clients in the premium tourism segment and high-end travel;
  • Advanced knowledge of domestic and international destinations, suppliers, exclusive experiences and luxury services;
  • Experience with GDS (Global Distribution System) tools, including issuing, rebooking, fare interpretation and reservation management;
  • Experience in consultative sales, negotiation and personalized service for high-complexity requests;
  • Knowledge of CRM and customer relationship management, including tracking travel history and commercial opportunities;
  • Experience planning and organizing executive and VIP travel, focusing on logistics, personalization and contingency management;
  • Experience negotiating with premium suppliers to obtain rates, benefits and special conditions;
  • Strong customer service orientation and delivery of premium experiences, with a focus on loyalty and relationship excellence;
  • Advanced English for communication with international suppliers and support for international travel;
  • Intermediate Spanish for operational support and communication in international travel;
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital tools for creating controls, reports and corporate communication.
