GCP Scrum Master

Devoteam

• Serve as a catalyst for organizational agility, guiding cross-functional teams through Agile transformation • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives across distributed teams • Coach and mentor team members and stakeholders on Agile principles, practices, and mindset • Remove impediments and blockers that hinder team productivity • Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to manage sprint backlogs and ensure proper prioritization • Monitor team velocity, burndown charts, and analyze performance metrics • Identify and communicate risks, dependencies, and escalation issues to leadership

Job Requirements

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
  • GCP Experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile methodologies
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar platforms)
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills with the ability to influence without authority
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal)
  • Proven experience working with nearshore or distributed teams across multiple time zones
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
  • Experience in identifying and resolving team conflicts and organizational challenges
  • Familiarity with Agile transformation initiatives and change management
  • Preferred: Advanced Agile certifications (SAFe, PSM II, or equivalent) or background in software development and technology-driven organizations
