• Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives • Proactively identify, track, and resolve impediments that block the delivery of AI use cases or automation releases • Coach team members, Value Stream Process Owners, and stakeholders on Agile and Scrum principles • Track and communicate key Agile metrics including velocity, sprint burndown, cycle time, and team health • Identify and manage cross-team dependencies and delivery risks • Drive retrospective action items and foster a culture of inspect-and-adapt.

• Lead Scrum events including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, Demos, and PI Planning. • Build strong relationships to foster collaboration, transparency, and innovation across highly cross-functional Agile software development teams supporting CI/CD. • Proactively identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress. • Assist the Product Manager in effective backlog management, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and alignment of items with business goals. • Champion Agile values and quality practices, coordinate across organizations, and coach team members on process improvements and best practices. • Work closely with senior-level client leadership and business stakeholders, advising on process standardization and continuous improvement. • Guide the development team in self-organization, cross-functionality, and adopting Agile principles to maximize performance. • Mediate conflicts, resolve issues, and ensure healthy communication between the development team, Product Manager, and stakeholders. • Promote continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and applying Agile best practices. • Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support team objectives and ensure the success of the project.

Role Description Facilitate cross-functional engineering teams in the delivery and implementation of new products or upgrades to existing products. There is an on-front expectation that this accountability can span up to two distinct Agile teams. Develop detailed schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports, conduct project meetings and ensure adherence to quality standards. - Maintain multiple-sprint release plans, release trajectory and release burndown based on capacity and velocity predictions. - Facilitates cross-team, program wide rituals, like release planning or program retrospectives. - Promote continuous improvement and help teams increase efficiency to maximize capacity, promote predictability and assure software and process quality. - Establish team working agreements, help resolve impediments, facilitate productivity, and increase the probability of success in each sprint. - Provide visibility of team status and issues to senior management. - Promote a collaborative team environment that fosters creativity, innovation and commitment to objectives. - Work closely with product owner towards the success of the product release. Qualifications - At least 3+ years of Scrum Master experience. - Experience of agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, etc. and knowledge of scaled frameworks like SAFe. - Experience in tracking and publishing different metrics regularly to various stakeholders like Sprint reports, Status, burndown charts, velocity. - Moderation skill to organize and implement and lead all scrum ceremonies. - Demonstrated experience with software estimation and planning techniques. - Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to deliver quality software. - Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization. - Ability to implement Scrum Framework from scratch. Should have worked on at least 4-5 large scale AI Engineering Projects. • Scrum Facilitation – Guide Scrum teams in adopting and following Agile principles, Scrum framework, and organizational Agile best practices to improve team efficiency and delivery predictability. • Impediment Resolution – Identify, track, and proactively remove blockers or impediments impacting team productivity and project timelines. • Stakeholder Collaboration – Work closely with Product Owners, Business Teams, Engineering Teams, QA Teams, Architects, and leadership stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, scope, and delivery expectations. • Agile Coaching & Mentoring – Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile mindset, Scrum principles, servant leadership, continuous improvement, and Agile maturity enhancement. • Project Tracking & Reporting – Monitor project progress using Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, sprint health, release tracking, and team performance indicators. Provide regular status updates and reports to leadership. • Cross Functional Team Coordination – Coordinate across distributed onsite and offshore teams to ensure smooth communication, dependency management, and delivery synchronization. • Risk & Dependency Management – Identify project risks, dependencies, and escalation points early and drive mitigation strategies to ensure successful project execution. • Agile Tools & Platforms – Experienced in using Agile project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Rally, Trello, or similar platforms. • Program Governance – Ensure compliance with organizational governance standards, Agile delivery frameworks, documentation standards, and project management processes. • Enterprise Agile Transformation – Support enterprise Agile transformation initiatives and contribute toward scaling Agile practices across teams and programs. • Communication Management – Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders and ensure transparency in project execution and delivery status. • Resource & Team Coordination – Support resource planning, onboarding coordination, and collaboration across multiple Agile teams when required.
