Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification required
- 5+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, with at least 2 years supporting technology, data, or operations teams delivering automation or AI-driven solutions
- Demonstrated experience running Scrum ceremonies for continuous delivery pipelines
- Familiarity with AI/ML project delivery lifecycles and intelligent automation programs is strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps
- Working knowledge of intelligent automation technologies such as RPA, OCR, ETL pipelines, and AI/ML platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Python, Airflow, or equivalent)
- Understanding of CI/CD principles and how they apply to automation and AI use case deployment in operational environments
- Strong servant leadership mindset with the ability to influence without authority
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to foster psychological safety, team cohesion, and a culture of accountability
