Creative Director Liquid Agency is looking for a bold, visionary, Creative Director to lead and elevate the creative expression of brands to create category leadership. This is a remote, work-from home position, but you must be based in the U.S. and available to work primarily Central hours. You’ll partner closely with Strategy, Client Services, and Program Management, to shape briefs, guide teams, and deliver work that builds belief and fuels growth. You are both an inspiring leader and a decisive operator-able to push creative boundaries while maintaining accountability to scope, timelines, and outcomes. What you’ll do: - You will serve as the creative lead across client accounts, ensuring all work is grounded in strategy and aligned to the brief - You will partner with Strategy to shape clear, inspiring briefs and lead concept development across brand, digital, and campaign work - You will present and sell ideas with confidence, translating creative into compelling narratives for clients, including senior stakeholders - You will push our already boundary-breaking creative teams to leverage the rapidly expanding AI tools, platforms, and workflows to the next level of innovative, effective, and efficient outcomes. - You will guide teams through execution, aligning with Client Services and Program Management to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality outcomes - You will drive account growth by identifying new opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and contributing to business development - You will mentor and develop creative talent while fostering strong, collaborative partnerships across teams What you’ll bring: - 10+ years of senior creative leadership experience, ideally within an agency or consulting environment - A strong conceptual foundation, with a portfolio that demonstrates beautiful & thoughtful campaign thinking, brand design, experience design, and big ideas brought to life across digital and integrated platforms - A strong background in B to B across niche industries, showing compelling conceptual chops that deliver direct business value as well as consistent creative and experiential excellence. (B to C work experience is of secondary importance.) - A background rooted in design and/or art direction, with a progression into creative leadership - Experience leading and inspiring multidisciplinary teams across brand, digital, and campaign work. Your partnership with copywriting to deliver strategic intent is proven. - Proven ability to sell and deliver high-impact creative work that drives business results while being on-strategy. - Strong business acumen, including comfort managing scope, budgets, and profitability - Established and demonstrable fluency and skills with a broad range of AI tools, because you already have embraced the benefits of human-first AI-powered creativity - Proven enthusiasm to use modern collaborative creative tools like Figma & Miro.
