• Provide executive oversight across all consulting engagements to ensure successful delivery, client satisfaction, and commercial performance. • Own delivery governance across the consulting portfolio, ensuring consistency in methodology, reporting, quality standards, and execution. • Monitor engagement health, resource allocation, utilization, budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple concurrent projects. • Partner with Senior Managers, Engagement Leaders, Project Managers, and Consultants to proactively identify and resolve delivery challenges. • Establish and maintain delivery metrics, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms that provide visibility into project performance and team effectiveness. • Drive accountability for project execution, ensuring deliverables consistently meet client expectations and contractual commitments. • Act as the primary escalation point for delivery-related issues, risks, and client concerns. • Ensure effective coordination between Consulting Services, Technology Implementation Services, PMO, and client stakeholders. • Oversee capacity planning and resource forecasting to ensure the right skills are aligned to client demand. • Continuously improve delivery frameworks, methodologies, and operational processes to support scalability and consistency. • Establish quality assurance standards across all consulting deliverables. • Implement repeatable delivery processes that improve efficiency while maintaining flexibility for client-specific requirements. • Drive utilization, forecasting, margin management, and operational performance across the consulting practice. • Collaborate with the PMO to strengthen project governance, reporting, risk management, and resource planning. • Review delivery performance metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. • Support the development and adoption of standard templates, methodologies, playbooks, and engagement frameworks. • Ensure consulting teams have the tools, processes, and support required to deliver consistently excellent client outcomes. • Maintain visibility of delivery risks and implement mitigation strategies where necessary. • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Senior Managers, Engagement Leaders, Senior Consultants, Consultants, and technical specialists. • Foster a collegiate, collaborative culture that encourages innovation, accountability, continuous learning, and professional growth. • Create an environment where team members feel supported, empowered, and connected within a remote-first workplace. • Drive workforce planning, succession planning, recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives. • Establish clear performance expectations and support career development through coaching, mentoring, and regular feedback. • Champion Zaviant's values and ensure they are embedded throughout the consulting organization. • Promote knowledge sharing and collaboration across Privacy, Security, GRC, Third-Party Risk, and Technology Implementation teams. • Recognize and develop future leaders within the business. • Support proposal development and solution design activities for strategic opportunities. • Provide delivery expertise during sales and scoping discussions to ensure engagements are structured for success. • Support client retention and growth through exceptional delivery and trusted advisor relationships. • Partner with leadership to identify opportunities to enhance service offerings and improve delivery capabilities. • Maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders and technology partners.

• Support the delivery of privacy program assessments, regulatory gap analyses, and risk evaluations. • Assist in the development of privacy documentation such as policies, notices, DPIAs, and records of processing. • Contribute to data mapping initiatives by helping clients identify and document personal data flows across systems and vendors. • Help configure and maintain privacy management platforms (e.g., OneTrust, TrustArc) to support use cases like cookie compliance, subject rights management, and consent tracking. • Research and summarize evolving data protection laws and help translate regulatory requirements into actionable recommendations. • Collaborate with internal teams and senior consultants to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery. • Participate in client calls, working sessions, and deliverable reviews. • Maintain detailed project documentation and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team.

• Lead the delivery of complex privacy consulting engagements from end to end, ensuring a high-quality experience for both clients and team members. • Manage and mentor a team of consultants and senior consultants, providing regular feedback, coaching, and development opportunities aligned with their goals. • Cultivate a strong, values-driven team culture focused on collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and psychological safety. • Serve as a cultural ambassador at Zaviant—promoting transparency, inclusion, and a shared sense of purpose across the team. • Collaborate with leadership to shape team norms, support hiring and onboarding, and ensure resourcing aligns with both team well-being and business demand. • Guide client privacy initiatives across domains such as GDPR, CPRA, HIPAA, GLBA, and other emerging regulatory frameworks. • Lead privacy program design, maturity assessments, remediation planning, and the operationalization of privacy strategies. • Support privacy tech enablement—especially using tools like OneTrust—from selection and configuration to ongoing optimization. • Conduct and oversee key privacy tasks such as DPIAs, data mapping, policy development, and training rollouts. • Partner with business development to identify new opportunities, support proposals, and expand relationships through thoughtful solution design and delivery. • Stay current on privacy regulations, industry best practices, and emerging technologies—and ensure the team is enabled and informed.

• Partner with clients to assess, design, and enhance privacy programs aligned with regulatory and industry requirements. • Interpret and advise on European data protection and privacy laws, including the GDPR, ePrivacy requirements, and applicable EU regulatory obligations. • Conduct privacy assessments, risk evaluations, and audits to identify gaps and create remediation strategies. • Lead the implementation and configuration of privacy management tools (e.g., OneTrust, TrustArc) for data mapping, DPIAs, cookie consent, subject rights, privacy notices, and more. • Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, compliance, IT, and business stakeholders to operationalize privacy programs. • Provide hands-on support during technology implementations and recommend privacy-enhancing technologies where applicable. • Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing, service offering development, and mentoring junior team members. • Support multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, results-driven consulting environment. • Engage in thought leadership, including developing reports and presentations that communicate findings, strategies, and roadmaps.

• Developing and managing a portfolio of target enterprise accounts (Fortune 1000, large SaaS, healthcare, financial services, higher education and regulated industries) • Establishing and maintaining relationships with CISO, Privacy, Legal, Compliance, Risk, IT and Procurement stakeholders • Leading end-to-end sales cycles, including discovery, solution design, proposals, SOWs, pricing and contract negotiation • Positioning Zaviant as a strategic partner across privacy, cybersecurity and GRC • Driving new logo acquisition alongside multi-year account expansion • Working closely with Consulting, Delivery and Leadership teams to ensure solutions are commercially sound and delivery-ready • Maintaining accurate pipeline, forecasting and activity tracking in HubSpot • Representing Zaviant at industry events, conferences and client meetings

• Developing and managing a portfolio of target SLED and Higher-Ed accounts • Establishing and maintaining relationships with CIO, CISO, Privacy, Risk, Compliance, Legal and Procurement stakeholders • Identifying upcoming RFPs, grant-funded initiatives and regulatory-driven programs • Leading end-to-end sales cycles, including discovery, solution design, proposals, SOWs, pricing and contract negotiation • Positioning Zaviant as a trusted advisory partner for privacy, cybersecurity and GRC • Driving new client acquisition alongside multi-year program and account expansion • Working closely with Consulting, Delivery and Leadership teams to ensure solutions are compliant with public-sector procurement and contracting requirements • Maintaining accurate pipeline, forecasting and opportunity tracking in HubSpot • Representing Zaviant at public-sector and higher-education conferences, forums and client meetings
