Role Description Liquid Agency is looking for an AI Enablement Lead to help transform how work gets done across the organization. This role is responsible for turning AI strategy into practical execution—helping teams adopt new tools, redesign workflows, build new capabilities, and realize measurable business impact. As the internal operational owner of AI adoption, you'll lead the implementation and operationalization of Claude Enterprise, drive agency-wide enablement efforts, and partner with leaders across the business to identify opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, quality, and speed of work. This role sits at the intersection of technology, operations, and change management. Success requires someone who can translate ideas into action, guide teams through change, facilitate learning, and continuously improve processes as AI capabilities evolve. What you'll do - Lead execution of AI initiatives and adoption programs across the agency. - Drive the rollout, enablement, and ongoing optimization of Claude Enterprise. - Partner with department leaders to identify opportunities for AI-enabled workflow improvements. - Evaluate, test, and refine new ways of working that increase productivity, efficiency, and quality. - Facilitate training sessions, workshops, office hours, and hands-on learning opportunities. - Develop playbooks, documentation, prompt libraries, and other enablement resources. - Collaborate with department AI Champions to support adoption and knowledge sharing. - Help teams move successful AI pilots into scalable, repeatable operational processes. - Support AI governance efforts by maintaining standards, promoting responsible AI use, and reinforcing confidentiality requirements. - Track adoption, engagement, workflow improvements, and business outcomes to measure success. - Share learnings, best practices, and recommendations that help advance AI maturity across the agency. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in program management, operations, enablement, organizational change management, consulting, business transformation, or a related field. - Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving organizational change. - Demonstrated success implementing new tools, technologies, systems, or processes and supporting user adoption. - Experience creating and delivering training programs, workshops, documentation, or enablement resources. - Strong project management and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills. - Ability to influence and drive alignment without direct authority. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on measurable outcomes. - Curiosity about emerging technologies and a passion for helping people work more effectively. - Experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or similar platforms in a professional setting preferred. - Experience with process improvement, workflow redesign, digital transformation, or operational excellence initiatives preferred. - Experience working in an agency, consulting, professional services, or other fast-paced environment preferred. Creative Director Liquid Agency is looking for a bold, visionary, Creative Director to lead and elevate the creative expression of brands to create category leadership. This is a remote, work-from home position, but you must be based in the U.S. and available to work primarily Central hours. What you’ll do: - You will serve as the creative lead across client accounts, ensuring all work is grounded in strategy and aligned to the brief - You will partner with Strategy to shape clear, inspiring briefs and lead concept development across brand, digital, and campaign work - You will present and sell ideas with confidence, translating creative into compelling narratives for clients, including senior stakeholders - You will push our already boundary-breaking creative teams to leverage the rapidly expanding AI tools, platforms, and workflows to the next level of innovative, effective, and efficient outcomes. - You will guide teams through execution, aligning with Client Services and Program Management to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality outcomes - You will drive account growth by identifying new opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and contributing to business development - You will mentor and develop creative talent while fostering strong, collaborative partnerships across teams What you’ll bring: - 10+ years of senior creative leadership experience, ideally within an agency or consulting environment - A strong conceptual foundation, with a portfolio that demonstrates beautiful & thoughtful campaign thinking, brand design, experience design, and big ideas brought to life across digital and integrated platforms - A strong background in B to B across niche industries, showing compelling conceptual chops that deliver direct business value as well as consistent creative and experiential excellence. (B to C work experience is of secondary importance.) - A background rooted in design and/or art direction, with a progression into creative leadership - Experience leading and inspiring multidisciplinary teams across brand, digital, and campaign work. Your partnership with copywriting to deliver strategic intent is proven. - Proven ability to sell and deliver high-impact creative work that drives business results while being on-strategy. - Strong business acumen, including comfort managing scope, budgets, and profitability - Established and demonstrable fluency and skills with a broad range of AI tools, because you already have embraced the benefits of human-first AI-powered creativity - Proven enthusiasm to use modern collaborative creative tools like Figma & Miro. As a Communications Project Manager, you’ll lead the planning and coordination of employee communications programs and supporting processes across the organization. - Partner closely with HR, Internal Communications, Legal, business leaders, and external agencies to ensure communications are delivered on time, aligned with business objectives, and executed with accuracy and compliance. - This role is key to improving workflows, tools, and systems that enhance the experience for employees, managers, and HR teams.
