• Support new aircraft program development and in service aircraft in all thermodynamics related issues. • These include aircraft ice/fog protection systems performance, zonal pressure, temperature and flowrate analysis, avionics cooling, and general thermal analysis of systems and structures. • It requires understanding of the systems that are being analyzed and how they interface with the aircraft and other aircraft systems. • It also requires communicating with internal systems/structures groups, system suppliers, and flight test teams to resolve issues, plan tests, analyze and certify modifications. • More specifically, this position is to help the Global 7000 / 8000 thermodynamic team support the activities related to bleed air systems (wing ice protection system, environmental control system, ducting system, etc.).

• Proactively administer and maintain client environments, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Entra ID/Azure AD, virtualization platforms, backup systems, and core infrastructure; keep systems healthy, patched, monitored, and operating with minimal recurring issues and downtime. • Own escalated support tickets and infrastructure tasks from diagnosis through completion, including root-cause troubleshooting, permissions, onboarding/offboarding, server maintenance, line-of-business application support, and small-to-mid-sized technical projects; document work clearly and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams. • Improve client security and resilience by enforcing standards for patching, MFA, endpoint hygiene, backup verification, disaster recovery readiness, system documentation, and change control; identify risks early and recommend practical remediation steps that improve stability, security, and long-term service quality. • Other relevant duties as assigned.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy integrations using Boomi Integration Platform. • Build and maintain integrations between enterprise systems such as NetSuite, SAP, D365, Workday, or Salesforce, and other third-party applications. • Development using the REST Client connector • Familiarity with the Boomi Enterprise Platform, including Integration, APIM, DataHub, and AgentStudio • Design and implement scalable integration workflows and reusable components using tools such as REST APIs, message queues, and other cloud-based solutions. • Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation using Boomi tools. • Monitor integrations and troubleshoot production issues. • Implement proper logging, error handling, and performance optimization. • Collaborate with internal teams to gather integration requirements and deliver solutions. The role involves establishing and maintaining PA and safety requirements in line with ECSS, EN9100, and relevant international standards.
