• Proactively administer and maintain client environments, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Entra ID/Azure AD, virtualization platforms, backup systems, and core infrastructure; keep systems healthy, patched, monitored, and operating with minimal recurring issues and downtime. • Own escalated support tickets and infrastructure tasks from diagnosis through completion, including root-cause troubleshooting, permissions, onboarding/offboarding, server maintenance, line-of-business application support, and small-to-mid-sized technical projects; document work clearly and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams. • Improve client security and resilience by enforcing standards for patching, MFA, endpoint hygiene, backup verification, disaster recovery readiness, system documentation, and change control; identify risks early and recommend practical remediation steps that improve stability, security, and long-term service quality. • Other relevant duties as assigned.

Role Description We are looking for a Product Assurance & Safety (PA&S) Engineer to ensure mission reliability, regulatory compliance, and safety throughout development and production cycles. The role involves establishing and maintaining PA and safety requirements in line with ECSS, EN9100, and relevant international standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, compliance, and safety of our products throughout the full development and production lifecycle. Role Description In your role, you will: - Support new aircraft program development and in-service aircraft in all thermodynamics related issues. - Address aircraft ice/fog protection systems performance, zonal pressure, temperature and flowrate analysis, avionics cooling, and general thermal analysis of systems and structures. - Understand the systems being analyzed and how they interface with the aircraft and other aircraft systems. - Communicate with internal systems/structures groups, system suppliers, and flight test teams to resolve issues, plan tests, analyze and certify modifications. - Help the Global 7000 / 8000 thermodynamic team support activities related to bleed air systems (wing ice protection system, environmental control system, ducting system, etc.). Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering. - A Master's degree including courses in fluid dynamics, atmospheric icing, and heat transfer would be an asset. - Knowledge of MS Office software and familiarity with various aircraft pneumatics systems and their modeling is essential. - Familiarity with CATIA V5 and programming languages such as Fortran 77/95, Visual Basic, and C/C++ would be an asset. - Good interpersonal skills as well as good written and oral communication skills. - Availability to travel on short-term assignments.
