Enterprise Customer Success Manager

• Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of 10-20 enterprise-level clients, helping them maximize the impact of our cutting-edge generative AI search optimization software solution. • Translate platform data into strategic recommendations tailored to each client’s business goals and industry dynamics to drive measurable improvements in visibility and optimization. • Guide clients through onboarding, education, and adoption journeys—ensuring high engagement, retention, and satisfaction. • Conduct quarterly business reviews and content strategy sessions focused on optimizing content visibility, organic growth, and AI-discovery performance (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.).

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years in customer success or account management, ideally at a marketing-focused SaaS company.
  • A genuine builder mentality—you've joined teams early, built processes from scratch, and are proud of the systems you've left behind.
  • Demonstrated fluency with AI tools in your daily workflow—using them to research, draft, analyze, synthesize, and problem-solve faster and better.
  • Strong communication skills—you can turn complex technical insights into clear, persuasive strategic action plans that get clients moving.
  • Proven experience managing a strategic enterprise book of business, with playbooks to show for it.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity—you don't wait for the perfect brief; you figure it out and iterate.
  • A team-first orientation—you collaborate fluidly across product, sales, and marketing to drive outcomes.

Role Description We’re expanding our Phoenix team and looking for a talented HubSpot Specialist who is ready to make an impact from day one. - Manage ongoing relationships with clients using HubSpot as their Marketing and/or CRM platform. - Design, configure, and optimize HubSpot workflows, automations, and integrations based on client operational needs. - Build and manage dashboards, reports, page layouts, and process automations that give end-users real insight and control. - Own data integrity within HubSpot CRM — including data imports, cleanup, and deduplication. - Provide hands-on training, onboarding, and ongoing support to help clients get the most out of HubSpot. - Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating requirements into scalable HubSpot solutions. - Manage users, profiles, roles, and permission sets (including Salesforce, where applicable). - Produce clear documentation including process flows, use-case models, and high-level design specs for diverse audiences. - Assist with data import/export and system customization as projects require.
