• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing coaching and insights that enhance organizational capability and team dynamics. • Own the full lifecycle of some People initiatives (e.g., Talent Management, L&D, Engagement). • Manage the balance between high-level strategy and essential routines in compensation, performance cycles, and employee relations. • Leverage metrics and feedback loops to identify trends and propose proactive solutions to stakeholders. • Guide teams through organizational shifts with clear communication. • Partner closely with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Finance for a cohesive experience.
Job Requirements
- Deep background as a People BP, specifically within high-growth tech startups or IaaS/SaaS environments.
- Strong, practical knowledge of French employment law.
- Proven experience managing relations and maintaining a constructive, transparent dialogue with the Comité Social et Économique (CSE).
- Understanding of the nuances of building culture and trust across time zones and screens.
- A proven track record of leading transformative People projects from ideation to execution.
- Exceptional English storytelling skills.
- Comfortable with data and use it to tell a story while never losing sight of the "human" behind the metrics.
- Self-starter who thrives in a decentralized, fast moving environment.
- Naturally integrate diversity and equity into every facet of your work.
- Proficiency in French and English.
- Experience working in a globally distributed setting.
