• Support a Program Management Office (PMO) on a large, complex Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) contract • Foster a collaborative, high-energy team environment • Drive effective sprint execution by ensuring clear priorities and strong team alignment • Enhance transparency and accountability through documentation of sprint plans and team agreements • Strengthen communication between stakeholders, product management, and development teams • Resolve conflicts and escalate issues to maintain delivery momentum • Coach teams and reinforce SAFe principles and continuous improvement practices
Job Requirements
- 1+ years of related experience
- BA/BS in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with Scrum Master/Agile/Kanban
- Jira, Confluence, and Atlassian tools experience
- SharePoint, MS Office (including MS Project) experience
- Good teamwork and communication skills with all levels of staff

• Partner closely with Engineering and QA Leaders, Product Management, and Marketing to translate strategy into executable plans. • Own the end-to-end delivery process across multiple squads, ensuring that the transition from "product idea" to "shipped feature" is seamless and efficient. • Use data-driven insights (cycle time, throughput, lead time) to provide stakeholders with realistic, high-confidence delivery forecasts. • Partner with Product Managers to sequence the backlog based on both business priority and technical readiness, ensuring teams are working on the most impactful tasks. • Lead lean/Agile ceremonies (Scrum, Kanban, or Syncs) with a focus on outcome over activity. • Coordinate with Marketing, Support, and Engineering to oversee the "Go-To-Market" phase of new features, ensuring the product is truly "done" and ready for users. • Proactively identify and resolve systemic blockers, whether they are technical hurdles in Azure or process-heavy bottlenecks.
