Role Description We are looking for a UiPath Developer - Agentic to lead the development and implementation of sophisticated automation workflows and AI-driven solutions. This position will be full-time and remote. What You’ll Do - Advanced Automation & Agentic AI: Design and build sophisticated workflows using UiPath Studio and Agent Builder. Implement Agentic AI elements that allow for autonomous reasoning loops and non-linear task execution. - Orchestration & Infrastructure: Configure and manage UiPath Orchestrator assets, including queues, schedules, environments, and robot credentials. Lead agentic orchestration by coordinating AI agents, robots, and humans in long-running processes. - End-to-End Development: Execute the complete "Build-Test-Deploy" cycle. This includes developing modular code in Robotic Enterprise (RE) Framework, conducting rigorous testing with UiPath Test Suite, and promoting packages across environments. - Production Support & Monitoring: Provide L2/L3 support for production automations. Implement robust logging and real-time monitoring of jobs to identify and resolve root causes of failures. - User Onboarding & Governance: Manage the onboarding of new users and business units into the automation ecosystem. Define access controls, provide end-user training, and maintain documentation like Process Design Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD). - Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Business Analysts and Process Owners to assess automation feasibility and translate business requirements into technical designs. Qualifications - Experience: 10+ years in RPA development, with at least 7 years specializing in the UiPath ecosystem. - Technical Proficiency: - Expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Assistant. - Familiarity with Agentic AI tools such as UiPath Agent Builder or AI Center. - Strong scripting skills in VB.NET, C#, or Python. - Proficiency in API integration (REST/SOAP) and SQL databases. - Frameworks: Hands-on experience with REFramework and modular workflow design. - Certifications: UiPath Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) or Solution Architect certification is highly preferred. - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Requirements - Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions. - Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. - Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
