Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Delivery Leader to join our dynamic team. The Service Desk Delivery Leader owns the day-to-day operational performance of a client-facing Service Desk engagement in a healthcare environment. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving service level attainment, team performance, and consistently high-quality end-user experience. Role Description We are looking for an Oracle EPM Consultant to configure, enhance, and maintain Oracle’s Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) suite to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes. This position will be a full-time contract role, and fully remote. - Lead full lifecycle implementations including solution design, configuration, development, testing, and deployment within the Oracle EPM platform - Partner with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify pain points, and define system enhancements - Document current state processes and design future state workflows aligned with industry best practices - Translate business and financial requirements into functional and technical specifications - Participate in governance activities such as EPM steering committee meetings to communicate system updates, patches, and impacts - Develop business rules, calculation scripts (Essbase/Groovy), webforms, and dashboards to support financial and operational needs - Configure and manage data integrations, including data loads and transformations using tools such as FDMEE, Data Management, and EPM Automate - Develop training materials and deliver training sessions to end users - Provide Level 2 and Level 3 production support, including troubleshooting and incident resolution - Analyze recurring system issues to identify root causes and recommend long-term solutions - Monitor scheduled jobs, data loads, workflows, and financial close processes to ensure system stability - Support patching, upgrades, and regression testing to ensure continued system performance and reliability Qualifications - Experience implementing and supporting Oracle EPM solutions, particularly Planning (EPBCS/PBCS) - Strong experience with reporting tools such as Smart View, Financial Reporting Studio, Narrative Reporting, OTBI, or Power BI - Hands-on experience with Essbase (ASO/BSO), Groovy scripting, SQL/PL-SQL, Python, and EPM Automate - Experience configuring data integrations using FDMEE or Data Management - Experience translating complex financial and operational requirements into technical solutions - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Finance and IT - Experience providing production support and troubleshooting complex systems Requirements - Experience managing security and system administration, including user roles, Identity Domain (IDCS), and migration (LCM) - Experience supporting financial close processes and enterprise reporting environments - Experience working in enterprise-scale EPM implementations Benefits - Medical, dental, and vision insurance - 401k retirement account access - Paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law
