• You advise our clients on SAP Payroll with a focus on German payroll processing. • You analyze business requirements and develop tailored technical and functional solutions. • You implement, configure, and optimize SAP Payroll solutions. • You support exciting implementation, rollout, and optimization projects. • You conduct workshops and training and support key users and business units. • You work closely with interdisciplinary project teams to ensure smooth integration of payroll processes. • You stay up to date on new SAP technologies and regulatory changes and actively contribute your knowledge to the team.

• Advise our clients on SAP Payroll, with a focus on German Payroll. • Analyze business requirements and develop tailored functional and technical solutions. • Implement, configure, and optimize SAP Payroll solutions. • Participate in exciting implementation, rollout, and optimization projects. • Conduct workshops and training sessions while supporting key users and business departments. • Work closely with cross-functional project teams to ensure the seamless integration of payroll processes. • Stay up to date with new SAP technologies and legislative changes, actively sharing your knowledge with the team.

• Configure, Develop and maintain SAP ABAP programs for the HCM module • Implement improvements and optimize SAP processes • Analyze requirements and design technical solutions • Develop reports, interfaces, forms, and enhancements for the HCM module • Document developments and conduct technical testing • Collaborate with functional consultants and business teams to implement effective solutions

• Support in analyzing and optimizing global HR processes and systems (such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday) within the broader HR IT system landscape. • Contribute to projects in the areas of HR transformation and target operating model. • Co-create change management strategies and develop communication and training materials. • Support work in Talent & Rewards, for example, building a skill-based job architecture or implementing the EU Pay Transparency Directive. • Analyze and develop AI use cases and other potential areas. • Prepare local and global client workshops. • Support day-to-day work around portfolio and proposals/tenders.
