Role Description We are looking for a Senior RPA Developer who can take automation blueprints and turn them into stable, production-grade bots — fast. In this role, you will be the hands-on build force behind Genzeon's payer-side Prior Authorization automation, working within a defined solution architecture to develop, test, deploy, and maintain UiPath automations that operate in live healthcare environments. You will work closely with the Solution Architect, Business Analysts, and clinical SMEs to understand PA workflows across specialty categories — DME, PT/OT, oncology, and pharmacy — and translate those requirements into reliable, reusable automation components. This is a high-output, high-ownership developer role on a greenfield product with real client deployments.
