We're scaling fast and need someone who can take the operational load off his plate. We are looking for someone based in NYC to work hybrid in our office downtown with occasional travel to Ottawa and SF. what you'll do: - run point on the CTO's calendar, travel, and inbox - manage a high volume schedule across time zones and competing priorities - plan travel end-to-end: flights, hotels, ground, and itineraries - triage his inbox so nothing important slips by - partner with the CEO's EA on cross company work - evolve new hire onboarding process - plan events like customer dinners and company offsites - manage ops for the NYC office must have: - coordination - you've worked as an EA, chief of staff, or in a similar operations role - you've managed calendars, inboxes, and travel for senior people at high volume - you can juggle multiple senior stakeholders and competing priorities without dropping the ball - judgment: you catch the things others miss - operator: you see the gap and fill it, no task is too small - typist: you write well and can represent the CTO clearly in any thread - human: you build trust quickly nice to have: - prior experience supporting a technical founder or engineering leader - experience at an early stage startup tpuf is hardcore & whimsical. we value: - overstep > understep - show > tell - complexity is earned - showing up as part of our customer’s team - making stuff easy to react to

Role Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Loan Processor to manage and oversee loan applications from initiation through to settlement. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring all loan files are accurate, complete, and compliant with lender requirements.
