• Carry the whole execution of influencer campaigns from brief creation to post-campaign reporting. • Maintain campaign calendars, track deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of content (photos, videos, stories, affiliate links). • Identify and scout potential influencers (nano to macro) across all socials. • Serve as the primary contact for influencers, answering questions, negotiating rates. • Maintain an organized track of the influencer information.

Handle their queries, build strong relationships, and keep them engaged and retained. • Share programme updates, new opportunities, and product changes with creators promptly and clearly. • Track creator activity, content performance, and engagement. • Find and recruit new creators to Pubity+, focused on quality, audience fit, and commercial value. • Help develop new tiers, partnership packages, and monetisation models with the commercial team. • Track KPIs like creator count, retention, content output, and revenue, and report to senior stakeholders. • Work with commercial and client services to match Pubity+ creators to brand partnership briefs. • Work with Strategy and Creative to brief creators well and make sure output meets the standard.

You will support the growth and day-to-day management of our affiliate and partner program using impact.com, with a focus on the US market. If you have a background or genuine interest in the mom and baby space — whether through prior work, content creation, or community involvement — we would love to hear from you. What you will do - Manage affiliate and partner accounts end-to-end on impact.com — onboarding, tracking setup, commission configuration, and troubleshooting. - Recruit and vet new affiliates — bloggers, parenting influencers, mom communities, coupon and review sites — targeting the US audience. - Monitor and report on program performance — clicks, conversions, commission spend, and ROAS — using impact.com's reporting suite. - Benchmark and manage commission rates competitively for the US market, ensuring our CPA and CPC structures are aligned with industry standards for the mom and baby vertical. - Act as the day-to-day contact for US affiliate partners — handling queries, distributing creatives, and coordinating seasonal campaign activations. - Collaborate with the marketing team on US-specific promotions tied to key retail moments (Baby Shower season, Mother's Day, back-to-school, holiday gifting). - Monitor affiliate activity for compliance, fraud, and brand safety — particularly important in a trust-sensitive category like mom and baby.
