Account Manager – Client Services

• Develop a strong understanding of client KPIs while ensuring campaigns are aligned with both client objectives and Pubity’s channel positioning. • Collaborate closely with key internal stakeholders (editorial, design, video, and production teams) to shape content ideas that are engaging and on-brand. • Take full ownership of assigned campaigns, from kick-off through recap. • Manage the approval process between clients and internal teams, ensuring timely feedback cycles. • Oversee content production processes, ensuring quality control across visual, video, and written assets. • Monitor campaign performance against agreed KPIs while recommending and implementing optimizations. • Deliver detailed campaign reports and lead all post-campaign reviews with clients. • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services and contribute to renewal conversations.
Account Executive – Client Services

• Support full campaign management • Support regular client updates on campaign progress • Monitor and report on campaign performance • Support in landscape and category analysis to help in identifying pre-sale and proactive commercial opportunities
• Own the full onboarding process for new Pubity+ creators, from application and vetting through to signed agreements and going live. • Handle the admin: contracts, payment setup, compliance documents, and platform access. • Build and maintain a clean creator database with tier, status, performance, payment history, and comms logs. • Develop and improve onboarding materials, FAQs, and creator-facing docs so the experience stays consistent at scale. • Be the main point of contact for Pubity+ creators. Handle their queries, build strong relationships, and keep them engaged and retained. • Share programme updates, new opportunities, and product changes with creators promptly and clearly. • Track creator activity, content performance, and engagement. • Find and recruit new creators to Pubity+, focused on quality, audience fit, and commercial value. • Help develop new tiers, partnership packages, and monetisation models with the commercial team. • Track KPIs like creator count, retention, content output, and revenue, and report to senior stakeholders. • Work with commercial and client services to match Pubity+ creators to brand partnership briefs. • Work with Strategy and Creative to brief creators well and make sure output meets the standard.
• Briefs and pitches • Lead the strategic response on briefs of varying size, working closely with Sales to produce clear, on-brand answers at pace. • Build persuasive presentations and pitch decks that bring ideas to life for clients and agencies. • Support renewals and upsell conversations by spotting strategic angles that add measurable value. • Apply measurement frameworks so we can clearly show campaign impact and keep raising the quality of our work. • Help package Pubity’s offerings around tentpole moments (for example, Super Bowl, Valentine’s Day, World Cup, Coachella) and contribute to scalable, evergreen products. • Bring fresh ideas for campaign formats that keep us distinctive in the Gen Z and youth-culture space. • Use AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney and Perplexity) to speed up insights, ideation and deck production. • Work closely with Creative, Production and Sales to keep our strategies joined-up and client-ready. • Partner with regional teams so messaging and positioning stay consistent across markets. • Manage your own workload well - juggle several briefs at once, hit deadlines and keep quality high under pressure.
