Inside Sales AE

VSP Vision Care

• Solicit and develop sales to sell Altair frames to end-user doctor base within an assigned territory • Develop creative sales strategy to contact prospects to create opportunities to sell Altair eyewear program and increase revenue • Represent Altair to customer base in all sales-oriented activities • Work independently, while leveraging appropriate partners, to exceed quota targets while achieving balanced product line results • Effectively develop account-specific sales plans that result in strong revenue growth in managed base accounts • Apply innovative ideas, approaches, and solutions to customers’ business problems • Develop a strong understanding of the customer’s business and business requirements • Leverage the breadth and depth of Altair’s offerings by identifying opportunities for cross-selling, lead-sharing and integrated selling • Promote strong and effective working relationships with internal divisions • Identify and communicate future customer requirements and feedback to divisions and partners • Follow up with doctors who have terminated their relationship with the Altair eyewear program • Consistently update CRM tools as a communication vehicle to management

Job Requirements

  • Three years sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to achieve the established product/sales learning curve to achieve sales/revenue goals
  • Familiarity with PC applications
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills demonstrated by ability to meet activity targets and perform sales processes that produce predictable results
  • Demonstrated track record in meeting sales/revenue goals with major account responsibility; strong sales closing skills

Role Description We’re looking for a National Accounts Inside Sales Representative - Construction to join our growing National Accounts team, supporting key customer portfolios and helping expand strategic relationships across the country in construction. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of national customers while ensuring an exceptional service experience at every touchpoint.
