Role Description Our Implementation team is responsible for creating the best customer experience through onboarding, educating, and growing our customers on a global level. We start to work the moment a customer decides they want to use Multiplier, sticking with them every step of the way to ensure they get the most value from our product. - Build trusted relationships with our customers through consultative solutioning, ensuring that our customers achieve their talent and business objectives through Multiplier. - Schedule and conduct kick-off calls with new clients to understand their specific needs and goals. - Develop and deliver comprehensive platform training sessions to ensure clients have a solid understanding of our platform's features and functionalities. - Partner closely with internal teams, including Sales, Product, Operations, and Engineering, to deliver the best client onboarding experience. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding phase, proactively identify and resolve any issues or concerns that clients may encounter. - Be the voice of our customers to our internal team, synthesising feedback received and offering informed opinions and solutions, to help shape our product roadmap. - You will support our EMEA market and align with the timezone across EMEA.
