Job Description

Key Account Executive

Axon

• Manage and grow revenue and market share at designated agencies to maximize customer satisfaction and achieve strategic objectives • Develop and maintain client relationships to ultimately drive revenue growth • Develop and execute account strategy by collaborating with account team to deliver stronger, more relevant value propositions • Track customer activity in internal systems in order to execute on account strategy and identify additional opportunities • Cultivate customer relationships and ensure effective service delivery to accounts • Focus on customer's satisfaction, know the customer's business and workflows, develop proper contact network within accounts • Work with and bring in experts/specialists where required • Oversee and know all account activities for your book of business • Own account relationship and drive overall customer satisfaction for assigned accounts • Responsible for forecasting, keep management in touch with accounts in a timely fashion, gather intelligence on competitor activity, and give feedback to marketing • May provide customer product training as necessary • Accountable for individual expense budget management

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated successful customer facing Software (SaaS / Cloud) Sales Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing a book of business of Major Accounts
  • Solution or consultative sales experience working within complex sales processes
  • Data management experience using Salesforce (preferred) or similar CRM
  • Strong understanding of Cloud and SaaS
  • Able to travel 70% + (3-4 days a week on the road) including overnight travel
  • Able to clearly and directly articulate complex solution offerings across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Startup experience & some vertical experience
  • Law Enforcement / Public Safety experience
  • Team Player: collaborate with various team members regularly
  • Ready to own & drive the territory

Você atuará diretamente com o time fundador em Berlim, trazendo inteligência de mercado local e relacionamentos, enquanto executa um processo de vendas consultivo e disciplinado para o segmento mid-market e enterprise. Fluência em português brasileiro é essencial; comunicação mínima em inglês é necessária para a colaboração interna. Qualifications - Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência em vendas B2B no Brasil, com exposição direta a processos complexos de procurement e licitação. - Histórico comprovado de fechamento de contratos de R$100.000 ou mais por negócio, com metas anuais na faixa de R$2–10 milhões. - Experiência no engajamento de gestores operacionais (ESG, Conformidade, SSO, Operações) e executivos C-level dentro de grandes corporações. - Formação em ESG, sustentabilidade, software de conformidade, SaaS industrial ou soluções B2B complexas, com capacidade de aprender domínios técnicos rapidamente. - Geração de pipeline autônoma: você não depende de leads inbound ou SDRs para construir seu funil. Requirements - Abordagem consultiva de vendas capaz de identificar dores latentes, educar prospects e criar senso de urgência em um mercado onde a necessidade de software pode não ser imediatamente óbvia. - Habilidade em gestão de múltiplos stakeholders: construção de champions internos, navegação em políticas de procurement e alinhamento de múltiplos decisores. - Conforto com ciclos de vendas de 3 a 9 meses e a persistência necessária para avançar negócios em processos mid-market / enterprise lentos. - Comunicação proativa: sinaliza bloqueios antecipadamente e coordena suporte de liderança, marketing e produto quando necessário. - Rede de relacionamentos em verticais industriais ou entre decisores de ESG, conformidade e sustentabilidade no Brasil é um diferencial relevante. - Fluência em português brasileiro (nativo ou equivalente); proficiência em inglês.
