Research & Insights Communications Associate

OGC Global

• Strategize and execute a cohesive voice for insights messaging • Leverage multiple data sources to create compelling uniform reports for a broad audience of senior executives, frontline associates, and other targeted audiences • Manage agile research projects; coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to keep up with fast deadlines • Transform primary and secondary research into valuable, easy-to-understand insights • Train cross functional team members and stakeholders on creating better presentations and deliverables • Write research newsletters and maintain a messaging calendar aligned with key initiatives to garner internal support

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Marketing, Management, Journalism or a related field
  • 2-4 years experience in a research or analytics role, ideally with writing or branding; creative agency experience (advantage)
  • Excellent communication skills and a proven experience in developing and implementing communication strategies in a corporate environment through data visualization and research communications.
  • Highly consultative and able to influence others through compelling storytelling and data visualization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a sharp eye for effective graphic design and data visualization
  • Knowledge and understanding of research and data analysis methodologies
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strength in both written and verbal communication in a multicultural environment with all levels of employees and management.
  • Strong workflow management skills including organizational, time/project management, planning and implementation
  • Experience in executing original, effective strategies
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment.

Role Description The Koch Internship Program (KIP) is a paid, 12-week experiential learning program run by Stand Together Fellowships that offers meaningful work experience at non-profits all over the United States tackling some of our nation's most pressing challenges.
