Job Description
Growth Marketer
TWOSENSE.AI
Role Description You'll own the demand generation engine at Twosense. Full ownership of how we attract, engage, and convert our target market across paid, outbound, community, and field channels. You'll report directly to the founder/CEO and join a small, high-impact business development team alongside content marketing and sales. The team is lean by design: everyone has real ownership and a direct line to company strategy. This is a hands-on, in-the-weeds role. You'll be the one building sequences, tweaking ad creative, working the booth at events, and analyzing what's converting. You'll partner with sales, who takes qualified leads from discovery onward, so your focus stays on building and optimizing the top of the funnel. We want someone who experiments and iterates, not someone who runs a playbook they brought from their last job. GenAI isn't a nice-to-have here: it's a core part of how you'll craft copy, enrich data, and move faster than a team your size should be able to. What You'll Do - Paid social campaign management: Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (primarily LinkedIn Ads) with a budget of up to $5K/month. A/B test creative, audiences, and bidding strategies to drive inbound pipeline. - ICP refinement and audience segmentation: Continuously refine the Ideal Customer Profile at both the account (firmographic) and contact (persona) level, using engagement and conversion data to sharpen targeting over time. - Multi-channel outbound sequences: Build, launch, and optimize prospecting sequences across LinkedIn (HeyReach) and email (Apollo/HubSpot). Own cadence design, copy crafting, and reply handling. - Community-led growth: Build and manage an owned professional community. Drive member acquisition, engagement, and content loops that feed back into pipeline. - Field marketing and events: Own end-to-end event presence: pre-event outreach, booth logistics, collateral production, on-site meeting scheduling, and post-event follow-up campaigns. Travel required. - Campaign content crafting: Use GenAI workflows to craft campaign copy, sequence messaging, ad creative, and community content. This is about directing and refining AI output, not writing everything from scratch. - Top-of-funnel reporting: Track and report on the metrics you own: MQLs generated, sequence reply and engagement rates, campaign ROI, and pipeline contribution by channel. Qualifications - 2-3 years of experience in growth marketing or demand generation at a B2B startup (usually titles like Growth Marketing, Demand Gen, GTM Engineer). - Hands-on experience running paid ad campaigns. You've managed budgets, tested creative, and optimized for pipeline, not just clicks. - Experience building or managing outbound sequences on any major platform. You understand cadence, messaging, and follow-up. - High proficiency with GenAI tools for content crafting and workflow automation. You use AI daily and know how to get quality output from it. - Comfort with data. You can pull your own reports, spot trends, and iterate based on what the numbers tell you. - Strong written communication: you're a skilled crafter of messaging, not just a writer. - Willingness to travel for industry events. Nice-to-Haves - Experience in cybersecurity, identity, or healthcare verticals. - Familiarity with HeyReach, Apollo, Clay, or HubSpot. - LinkedIn Ads experience specifically. - Community building experience. - Any coding ability: scripting, basic web development, automation. Compensation - $90,000 - $120,000 OTE. - Compensation is a mix of base salary and sales-based incentives. - Meaningful early-stage equity: own a piece of what you build. Benefits - Fully remote - Work from anywhere in the US. - Flexible hours - 6 core collaboration hours per day with flexibility around the rest; fit work around your life, not the other way around. - Meaningful equity - Own a piece of what you build. - Flexible PTO - Take time when you need it. - Monthly project days - Dedicate one day a month to something you're passionate about. - Team gatherings - Travel covered for company meet-ups and team events.
