• Define and sharpen how HowGood's Reduction Network is understood in the market • Develop messaging that responds directly to the challenges and opportunities being faced in the global F&B ecosystem • Partner with Product Marketing and Communications to keep Reduction Network messaging consistent across all channels • Produce thought leadership that advances real industry conversations, including white papers, webinars, and event programming that shape how the industry is thinking about sustainability • Maintain a high editorial bar. This includes execution via digital channels, events, webinars, and HowGood’s software platform. • Own social media strategy for this category, building HowGood's voice as a credible and relevant presence in sustainability and food industry conversations. • Test, measure, and iterate. • Work with Sales and Product Marketing to translate market engagement into pipeline through enablement materials, training, pitch development, and clear ROI narratives. • Identify signals across our user base that indicate readiness for deeper partnership and build conversion campaigns accordingly.
• Drive growth of Latis, our sustainability intelligence platform. • Focus on identifying and signing new clients to the Latis platform. • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions. • Participate in strategy discussions to improve the HowGood platform.
Senior Customer Success Contractor

• Serve as the primary owner of customer outcomes for a portfolio of enterprise and SMB accounts across EMEA and APAC • Translate customer goals into structured success plans with clear milestones and value metrics • Guide customers through complex, multi-stakeholder implementations and ongoing program evolution • Surface risks, unblock challenges, and proactively course-correct to protect retention and expansion • Partner with Sales on renewal readiness, expansion opportunities, and strategic account planning • Synthesize customer feedback and usage patterns into actionable insights for Product, Data, and Research teams • Maintain strong operational hygiene across CRM and internal tracking tools • Contribute to scalable CS processes, playbooks, and best practices as the team grows
