• Get involve in life-cycle recruitment process in various industries and different skill-sets, through sourcing, screening and up to onboarding new team members. • Evaluate the clients requirements and review the candidates profiles based on the competency, and culture fit. • Ensure accurate and up-to-date entry of candidate information, engagement activity, and updates on candidates vs. job openings in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). • Work closely with Recruitment Manager and collaborate to determine effective and efficient process in hiring process and strategies. • Prepare and maintain weekly report based on the required information from the management. • Conduct newly hire onboarding orientation and facilitate meetings with client/s during onboarding and screening. • Conduct a passive recruitment for roles with niche qualification. • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients and cross functional teams. • Ensure to keep a growing pool of talent and determine the skills and potential opportunities of good and qualified profiles.

Job Requirements

  • At least 1-3 years experience in Recruitment from various industries and position.
  • Experience in recruiting technical, corporate and customer facing roles.
  • Experience in using Applicant Tracking and Web-based assessment tools.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Keen to details, smart and good work ethics.
  • Flexible and agile to quickly switch gears in changing priorities and requirements.

What Your Day Will Look Like: - Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across regions and functions, from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and supporting offer processes. - Contribute to talent strategy and workforce planning, supporting forward-looking hiring plans, capability mapping, and future skill needs as the business scales. - Help shape and evolve our Employee Value Proposition (EVP), partnering with People & Performance and the business to ensure our story resonates in the market and reflects the real employee experience. - Build scalable recruitment practices and foundations, designing processes, tools, and ways of working that can flex across regions, functions, and increasing hiring volumes. - Upskill and enable hiring leaders, through coaching, training, and ongoing partnership to lift interviewing quality, assessment rigour, and hiring decision-making. - Support compensation benchmarking and market insights, contributing data and insights to inform fair, competitive, and consistent offers aligned to our compensation philosophy. - Partner on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, helping embed inclusive hiring practices and broaden access to talent across all roles. - Represent Halter in the market, acting as an ambassador at events, universities, and industry forums to strengthen our talent brand. - Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future roles, proactively sourcing talent through multiple channels. - Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team goals, and key success profiles. - Provide guidance on hiring processes and help managers run smooth, effective, and inclusive recruitment cycles. Who are we looking for? - Must be fluent in both Spanish and English. - 5+ years in talent acquisition, ideally in high-growth or global tech environments and multiple disciplines (even better if you have extensive experience recruiting GTM role specifically sales and marketing roles!) - Proven experience building and scaling high-performing teams across multiple regions. - Strategic business partner who can zoom in and out: from exec-level reporting to day-to-day hiring excellence. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, a true business partner to hiring teams. - Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment without compromising on the quality of talent we bring through the door. - You’ll have a deep knowledge of sourcing techniques and channels, and know what it takes to seek out the best talent globally. - Strong reporting and data skills; you’re able to track, analyse, and present key hiring metrics where needed. - High emotional intelligence with excellent communication skills; a proactive, solutions-focused self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and takes strong ownership and accountability.
