• Spearhead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE transformation programs across multiple business units and regions • Oversee program governance, delivery roadmaps, risk management, budgeting, and executive reporting • Manage cross-functional teams including solution architects, developers, business analysts, and third-party vendors • Drive integration initiatives across the Microsoft ecosystem, including Power Platform, Azure, Microsoft 365, and enterprise applications • Collaborate with executive stakeholders to align CRM strategy with business objectives and operational transformation goals • Ensure delivery quality, scalability, security, and compliance across enterprise CRM environments • Support organizational change management, user adoption strategies, and business process optimization • Organize program dependencies, timelines, and delivery milestones within agile and hybrid delivery models
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise CRM program management or digital transformation leadership
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement (CE)
- Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise CRM implementations and modernization program
- Deep understanding of Microsoft ecosystem including Power Platform, Azure, Power BI, and Microsoft 365
- Experience overseeing complex integrations, data migration, and multi-vendor delivery environments
- Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with governance frameworks, program delivery methodologies, and transformation roadmaps
- Ability to operate effectively in international and distributed delivery teams
- Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure is an advantage
- Experience in regulated or enterprise-scale industries such as finance, healthcare, telecom, or public sector
- Background in change management and business transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with agile program delivery frameworks
- Excellent communication skills.

• Maintain and manage the master project plan, milestones, and delivery roadmap across all workstreams. • Coordinate dependencies between parallel tracks — desktop collector, ETL migration, Admin UI rebuild, and Marketplace submission. • Ensure Snowflake Marketplace submission timelines (including the 8–12 week security review window) are tracked and sequenced correctly. • Manage scope change requests and keep decision logs up to date. • Conduct weekly status reviews with client leadership and proactively surface risks. • Act as the primary escalation point for blockers and inter-workstream conflicts. • Keep all parties aligned on priorities, constraints, and progress in a high-velocity environment. • Oversee knowledge transfer planning for the 6–9 month handover to the client's offshore software team. • Ensure documentation, processes, and context are structured for a smooth transition.

Role Description Holitna is an Alaska Native Owned, 8(a), SDB in search of an Estimator to support our Federal Government Initial Outfitting bid response team. The Estimator will assist in the development of proposal preparation to include: - Preparation of itemized pricing - Technical write-ups - In-depth MS Excel work - Vendor coordination Must be able to meet critical deadlines and have a strong sense of personal initiative.
