• Develop, customize, and extend Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions using AL (Application Language), C/SIDE (legacy NAV), and modern development tools. • Design and implement integrations between Business Central and other systems (Power Platform, Azure, third-party APIs). • Perform data migration from legacy ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics NAV, SAP) to Business Central. • Optimize performance and troubleshoot issues in existing Business Central environments. • Work with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Develop custom reports, extensions, and workflows to enhance system functionality. • Follow best practices in coding, security, and performance optimization. • Assist in testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

• Design, implement, and maintain Juniper-based network infrastructure ensuring high availability and performance. • Deploy, configure, and manage Zabbix monitoring systems to proactively identify and resolve issues. • Administer and optimize Linux-based environments, leveraging Python/Bash scripting for automation and system management. • Manage and fine-tune MySQL databases (preferably Percona MySQL) to ensure data integrity, performance, and scalability. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver technical solutions. • Document processes, configurations, and best practices to support operational excellence. • Ensure compliance with security standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Act as a brand ambassador, building Castillians’ Employer Brand image with the specific goal of positioning Castillians as the Employer of Choice in Tech. • Support the execution of the Castillians brand strategy as required. • Engage with clients and candidates in an ethical and professional manner to ensure long-term business relationships for Castillians. • Meticulously update Castillians’ CRM platform, ensuring all interactions with clients and candidates are duly recorded for quick retrieval and consistent continuation by peers. • Maintain a robust candidate pipeline for required and deployed talent by building, developing, and maintaining specified verticals of talent. • Source Castillians’ certified talent globally, or as defined by management from time to time. • Achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs as defined by leadership. • Perform any other roles assigned by the company from time to time.

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of the ODOO ecosystem. • Design, develop, and maintain custom ODOO modules (Python / XML / JavaScript) to meet complex business requirements. • Customize existing ODOO standard modules (Sales, Purchase, Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR, Projects) without breaking upgrade paths. • Develop automated workflows, dynamic reports (using QWeb), and server-side actions. • Optimize database performance (PostgreSQL queries, indexing, and ODOO ORM improvements). • Architect scalable ODOO solutions across on-premise and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, ODOO.sh). • Integrate ODOO with third-party systems (e.g., E-commerce platforms, CRM, Power BI, payment gateways, legacy ERPs) using REST/GraphQL APIs, Webhooks, or Middleware. • Manage multi-company and inter-company configurations. • Lead ODOO version upgrades (e.g., v15 to v17/v18) and module migrations. • Debug and resolve critical production issues, performance bottlenecks, and concurrency problems. • Implement automated testing (unit tests, CI/CD pipelines) and backup/recovery strategies.
