• Design, implement, and maintain Cisco-based network infrastructure. • Configure and support Cisco routers, switches, wireless solutions, and security devices. • Monitor network performance and ensure high availability of services. • Troubleshoot network connectivity, routing, switching, wireless, and security issues. • Manage VLANs, VPNs, QoS, STP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, and network segmentation. • Support Cisco Meraki, Catalyst, Nexus, and other Cisco technologies as applicable. • Conduct health checks and performance assessments of network environments. • Implement network security best practices and compliance requirements. • Collaborate with client stakeholders and third-party vendors. • Prepare technical documentation, network diagrams, and operational procedures. • Provide recommendations for network improvements and modernization. • Support migration, deployment, and infrastructure upgrade projects.

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and data science solutions using Python. • Build and maintain reusable Python libraries and analytical frameworks. • Develop machine learning models, data visualization solutions, and analytical dashboards. • Build and deploy APIs and cloud-based applications. • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for machine learning workflows. • Deploy, monitor, and optimize machine learning models on Microsoft Azure. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Maintain technical documentation and follow software engineering best practices. • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to the role.

• Configure and manage Citrix NetScaler Gateway for secure remote access, SSL offloading, and traffic management. • Implement Global Server Load Balancing (GSLB) and high availability (HA) solutions across multiple data centers. • Deploy and maintain Secure Private Access hybrid environments, ensuring integration with Citrix Workspace and StoreFront. • Configure SSL/TLS certificates for NetScaler Gateway, ensuring compliance with enterprise FQDN and certificate policies. • Implement Application Firewall (AppFW) and traffic policies to protect against web application threats. • Manage authentication profiles and integrate with OIDC/SAML IdPs for secure identity management. • Monitor ADC performance, troubleshoot latency issues, and optimize traffic flows. • Maintain system requirements: NetScaler versions 13.1/14.1 or later, Windows Server 2019+, SQL Server 2019/2022 for logging and monitoring. • Ensure communication ports and callback URLs are correctly configured for Secure Private Access. • Work closely with network, security, and application teams to align ADC solutions with business needs. • Document configurations, policies, and provide training to operations staff.
