Role Description The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of assigned projects, ensuring that objectives are met on time, within budget, and to the required standards. You will manage all aspects of the project from initiation to closeout, working closely with the project team and clients to ensure successful delivery. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field (preferred). - 5-10 years of experience in construction or the trade industry. - PMP certification (preferred). Requirements - OSHA 10 certification (required). - Strong understanding of construction safety protocols. - In-depth knowledge of general construction practices, codes, and standards. - Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, specifications, and contracts. - Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Buildertrend, and Project Management Software (Procore, BIM360, etc.). - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. - Demonstrate core values of integrity, accountability, and professionalism. - Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
