• Incorporate and lead Mortenson’s quality system across the operating group: • This will require working in close collaboration across the organization with design, operations, and project teams to lead planning, development, and implementation of the Quality Management Plan • Develop, assess, and report on quality performance metrics and analyze operational and quality data for trends to leverage for further improvement. • Manage Quality Events and corrective actions • Drive a performance-based culture designed to meet and exceed operating group and team goals while creating and fostering a healthy team environment • Support and coach team member learning and development in Quality. • Lead project Quality Assessments and/or train other team members to complete assessments. • General Quality System: Work closely with other Quality leaders and teams to ensure efficient and effective implementation of the Quality System. • Support the development and delivery of training for general Quality processes and technical overview scopes (Electrical, etc.). • Assist adjacent team members and discipline leads that play a critical role in Quality management—design phase and construction phase teams, Safety, Environmental, Lean, Commissioning, etc. • Monitor industry and market trends for best practices and/or risks that may require changes and/or improvements to the Quality Management System to address and/or leverage for future success and growth.

• Foster strong teamwork orientation, promote diversity, and build cross-cultural relationships, resolving conflicts appropriately • Study and interpret plans, drawings, wiring diagrams, specifications, and work orders to determine work requirements and risks • Serve as a technical resource and guide to project team members who are incorporating Mortenson’s Quality system and Three-phase Planning process • Lead project Quality kick-offs and lead/execute instructor-led training modules in Quality • Partner with Project Managers, Superintendents, Project and Field Engineers to develop and implement project Quality Plans, DFW logs, Standardized Work Plans, Turnover and Project Close-out requirements, etc. • Train and coach project teams to implement the Project Quality Plan from notice to proceed through final acceptance, understand quality requirements and ensure compliance with contract documents • Ensure project teams utilize accepted standards and processes to manage Non-Conformance Records (NCRs), the Request for Information (RFI) process, and submittals process • Partner with project teams to capture and share lessons learned and best practices that identify opportunities to minimize risk and improve overall project execution • Support operating group-wide Quality initiatives • Demonstrate leadership consistent with Mortenson values

• Create strong partnerships with leaders and workforce to establish trust and gain buy-in for lean approaches • Promote continuous improvement principles and support leaders in improvement events and follow-ups • Measure and ensure visibility of baseline performance and improvements across projects • Develop and implement standards for identifying and responding to abnormal conditions • Champion 5S practices and ensure consistency in policies, plans, and jobsite standards • Advocate for Flow Construction, supporting teams in developing flow schedules and planning approaches • Encourage ongoing brainstorming and implementation of improvements by crews • All other duties as assigned

• Lead project execution from design through completion, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget • Prepare proposals, support pursuit presentations, and participate in contract negotiations • Develop and maintain accurate project financials, including projections, billing, and cost control • Allocate project estimates into financial systems and manage cost codes and invoicing • Oversee subcontractor and supplier selection, contract buyouts, and billing • Manage and mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers, including performance feedback and development • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and on-site representatives, resolving concerns and fostering long-term relationships • Manage change orders, ensuring timely submission and approval • Ensure compliance with Mortenson’s safety, quality, and risk management standards • Promote an inclusive work environment and uphold Mortenson’s values and ethical standards • Provide leadership that supports team collaboration, accountability, and high performance

• Supervise overall financial health of projects • Develop and maintain project financial and equipment projections • Allocate project estimates into the financial system, determine cost codes, approve invoices • Provide financials and billings to Accounting, create monthly owner billings • Handle subcontracts and suppliers, manage budget and selections • Lead Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers, provide job assignments and training • Function as main point of contact with owner and on-site representative • Resolve site concerns, handle change orders, and obtain necessary approvals • Maintain schedule and budget, manage quality, risk, safety, and compliance

• Lead Mortenson’s quality system on medium to large projects • Implement Quality Management Plan from start to final acceptance • Establish and lead quality control initiatives and corrective actions • Review project plans for quality requirements • Manage Quality Events, punch list, and Non-Conformance Notices • Resolve issues with/without guidance from Project Manager or Superintendent • Oversee third-party design and testing agencies • Manage subcontracts and suppliers, including quality program reviews • Coach and mentor Field and Project Engineers, manage career development

• Implement the Zero Injury Safety program • Direct project teams with site-specific safety programs • Oversee Company Safety directives at the Group Level and participate in creating and maintaining Standard Work Instructions (SWIs) • Provide technical assistance to Project Teams, Senior Executive Leadership Team, and Safety Engineers • Manage and oversee Operating Group Safety Engineers and review subcontractor activities at the Group level • Work with Group Leadership to ensure consistency of the Safety message • Develop, implement, and lead company and project training and orientation, recognizing and developing new training as needed • Ensure corrective management action when required and conduct loss control data collection and trend analysis • Mentor, manage, and evaluate Safety Engineers and Managers, lead CIA discussions and investigations, and work with occupational health partners to manage incidents

• Perform cost control and financial management • Work with Preconstruction on project estimate and schedule • Coordinate scopes of work • Review and compile pay applications, change requests, and another project financial documentation • Partner with the Project Manager or Construction Executive • Draft client proposals • Contract administration and management • Award subcontracts • Provide direction to the project team for safe and timely project completion • Act as liaison for project engineers, mentor, and coach others • Provide job assignments and lead career development • Direct responsibilities and guide Field Engineer(s) and Project Engineer(s) • Lead subcontractors and suppliers for the project • Supervise budget and make recommendations for subcontractors and trade partners • Lead project buyout with subcontractors and trade partners • Facilitate and lead meetings between subcontractors related to project coordination • Other duties as assigned, including but not limited to: • Perform on-site Project Manager duties on small-scope projects • Implement a quality plan that ensures the customer’s specified performance criteria in design and construction

Support the development and execution of marketing proposals and presentations while maintaining marketing files and assisting in content creation for internal communications and promotional materials.

• Own the application-level solution design vision for Cloud processes across multiple business groups and technologies. • Define target-state, transition, and future-state solution design aligned to organizational strategy, application roadmaps and ensuring consistency and reuse of patterns. • Establish, enforce, and evolve solution design governance frameworks, principles, standards, and reference models. • Act as the reviewer for solution decisions, exceptions, and risk acceptance. Oversee and validate solution designs produced by other Solution Architects and technical teams. • Ensure solutions are upgrade-safe, secure, scalable, cost-effective, and supportable. • Govern enterprise integration strategies, API standards, and data ownership models. • Ensure solutions comply with enterprise security, compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements. • Partner with executive leadership, business sponsors, and delivery leadership to align technology strategy with business outcomes. • Translate complex architectural concepts into executive-level guidance and recommendations. • Drive team collaboration by partnering with developers and stakeholders to deliver optimized applications and integrations; providing technical guidance through design and code reviews. • Lead business interaction by engaging business partners to understand needs, respond to questions and concerns, and translate requirements into actionable technical solutions. • Mentor Solution Architects and Technical Architects on solution design thinking, governance, design quality and drive maturity through standards of adoption and knowledge sharing. • Demonstrate curiosity and initiative by proactively exploring new technologies, methodologies, and tools; evaluating options; and experimenting with solutions that improve scalability, security, and maintainability. • Apply strong research skills by conducting thorough evaluation of new technologies, frameworks, and best practices through documentation review, trusted resources, and community guidance.
