Data Operations Associate
Garner Health
• Curate, validate, clean, and analyze datasets • Perform research on various healthcare related subjects • Follow documented procedures to complete recurring tasks like performing quality assurance on data • Execute monthly operational data pipelines • Balance several projects at the same time while maintaining a high degree of quality, organization, and communication • Suggest process improvements as you identify them • Build and retain detail-oriented working knowledge of Garner processes and data infrastructure
Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in a major that required critical thinking, attention to detail, and research skills
- Demonstrated work or academic experience in data cleaning, manipulation, and analysis
- Familiarity with data manipulation in Google Sheets or Excel; interest in/familiarity with coding languages like SQL
- A desire to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment; comfortable with some ambiguity
- A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback

• You are the face and voice of Oyster to our customers and team members when they need support and guidance about the offboarding process and usage of the Oyster platform.
