Qualifications - Experience & Craft: - Copy Mastery: You have a killer portfolio, including exceptional long-form sales copy that’s made sales. - Proven Commercial Leader: Significant depth of leadership experience, having built, scaled, led, and coached high-performing teams who have driven commercial business impact. - Consumer-First Background: Strong consumer-facing or creative agency experience. Note: B2B-only background won't be a fit for this role. - Data-Informed Creative Execution: Direct, on-the-tools exposure to a sales feedback loop at some stage in your career. - Thinking & Mindset: - Copy Obsessive: Genuine obsession with the craft, able to articulate the why behind copy decisions down to a granular level. - High Agency: Comfortable challenging senior stakeholders, the status quo, and yourself to strive to always be better. Benefits - Work on meaningful problems with real impact on people’s health. - Operate at the intersection of science, product, and growth. - Shape critical revenue and member journeys at a pivotal stage of growth. - Collaborate with world-class scientists, designers, and technologists. - Enjoy a remote-first environment built on trust and support. - Join us on our mission to improve the health of millions. Our Hiring Journey - Step 1: 👋 Intro chat with Talent Team (High-energy alignment check) - Step 2: 🧠 Hiring Manager Interview (Tactical conversation focused on your craft) - Step 3: 🔄 The Remote Loop (2 to 4 focused interviews assessing technical and collaboration skills) - Step 4: 🎉 The Finish Line (Offer, equity/benefits breakdown, and onboarding) Ready to thrive?
