Senior Product Marketing Manager
SOFTSWISS
• Lead and execute global product marketing initiatives across multiple markets and communication channels • Own end-to-end project management of complex marketing initiatives — from strategic planning and messaging development to launch and post-campaign analysis • Develop and implement product positioning, messaging frameworks, communication strategies, USP, and competitive differentiation points aligned with business goals • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and campaign-based communication plans, including priorities, objectives, key messages, target regions, and communication channels • Define and maintain product positioning, target audience profiles, consumer insights, competitive differentiators, and key messaging • Support go-to-market launches, strategic business initiatives, and product expansion activities • Coordinate and execute integrated product marketing campaigns in close cross-functional collaboration • Create and oversee development of marketing and sales materials, including product presentations, commercial proposals, one-pagers, key visuals, banners, landing pages, case studies, and other collateral • Participate in production and coordination of video content supporting product promotion • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, BizDev, Brand Marketing, PR, Design, Content, Digital, and Regional Marketing teams • Coordinate cross-departmental efforts related to exhibitions, sponsorships, industry events, and awards • Monitor marketing performance metrics and KPIs, analyze campaign effectiveness, and initiate optimization activities • Continuously analyze competitors, market trends, customer insights, and industry developments • Support budget planning, allocation, and optimization • Maintain project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication alignment
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Marketing Management, Strategic Marketing, or related roles
- 3+ years of experience in B2B tech product marketing across multiple communication channels
- Strong project management expertise with experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives
- Strong understanding of product positioning, communication strategy, GTM, and integrated marketing
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders in fast-paced international environments
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution skills
- Excellent prioritization, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Proactive mindset, high ownership, and problem-solving approach
- English proficiency — Advanced
- Russian proficiency — Advanced

• Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategy and execution across Canva's enterprise verticals — Higher Education, Real Estate, and Government — including segment-specific positioning, sales plays, pitch narratives, and launch support • Build a deep understanding of each vertical's customer profile, ICP, pain points, and buying behaviour, and craft compelling narratives designed to move deals forward • Work directly with our Sales Enablement team, equip field teams with the tools, resources, and training needed to sell effectively into vertical segments • Partner with product and sales teams to support key vertical launches • Own the Win/Loss program for your segments, surfacing buyer insights that inform positioning, sales strategy, and product investment decisions • Develop clear, compelling, and differentiated messaging for vertical solutions that aligns with Canva's enterprise value proposition • Partner with cross-functional teams including Customer Marketing, Enablement, and Demand Gen to deliver impactful campaigns and proof points that drive awareness, pipeline, and adoption in target verticals • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments
