Role Description The Redesign Group is expanding our Strategic Accounts team and seeking Account Systems Engineers (ASEs) to own and develop deep technical relationships with our most strategic customers. As an ASE you will be a trusted technical advisor, responsible for understanding customer environments, crafting tailored multi-vendor solutions, and driving long-term customer success and expansion. Qualifications - Proven pre-sales, consulting, or technical account experience supporting enterprise IT solutions. - Strong understanding of enterprise technologies including servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and cloud. - Ability to interpret business and technical needs and translate them into clear, compelling architectures. - Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present to both technical and executive audiences. - Comfortable working collaboratively in a matrixed environment with sales, engineering, and services partners.
