Selected candidates will complete approximately 10 weeks of comprehensive training to build foundational sales, product, and systems knowledge. Upon completion of training, standard work hours will be Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM CT. This is a base salary, plus uncapped commission role. P&C License strongly preferred. As a National Sales Agent, you'll sell new property/casualty coverage over the phone with prospective customers in most states. You'll also provide counseling about insurance needs and product availability. This will include providing quotes, determining eligibility and binding coverage after collecting all related underwriting data and information. You'll specialize in personal lines (auto, home, boats, motorcycles, recreational vehicle, umbrellas, flood) business. Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent; undergraduate studies preferred. - Continuing education as required by state(s). - Prefer participation in professional insurance coursework. Requirements - State licensing as required for property/casualty products. - Three or more years of related work experience in sales of property/casualty and life insurance. - Prefer exposure to multiple product telemarketing in call center environment. - Previous insurance industry experience may be considered in lieu of sales experience.
