Nice to Have - JavaScript. - Adobe Illustrator. - Experience with APIs and SEO. - Knowledge of modern design styles and technologies. - Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar ESPs. - Familiarity with Salesforce CRM. - Background in fintech, financial services, or wealth management. - Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Web Development, or a related field. Experience - The right balance of both skill sets matters more than years on a resume. Candidates with 3 or more years in a combined client-facing and email production role — such as an email marketing or digital agency background — are preferred. - Strong candidates with proven skills in both areas and less experience will be considered. The Role at a Glance - One-year contract, full-time (40 hours per week). - Fully remote — open to candidates anywhere in Canada. - Immediate start, with flexibility based on candidate availability. - Strong potential to transition to a permanent full-time role based on performance and company growth. - No formal health benefits for the duration of the contract.
