Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Written and spoken English is C1
  • Ability to write concise updates, summarize meetings, and communicate confidently with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to create structure and take ownership in ambiguity
  • Comfortable when priorities shift and tasks don’t come with a perfect brief
  • Ability to ask the right questions and follow up on tasks
  • Proficient in systems thinking
  • Familiarity with tools and AI as leverage
  • Executive maturity to handle sensitive context
  • Full overlap with US Eastern Time: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Role Description We are seeking an Admin / Accounts / EA to support our team with a mix of administrative, accounts, and executive assistance tasks.
